  • For any of you Armagnac explorers, this site has access to some pretty dope picks. I got me a second one that is incredible. I’ve heard that in April, they are releasing a 40-yo that is wild.
  • Yesterday, I got a major project approved at NYC LPC (Landmarks) on first shot…Whew. Prior to my hearing, there was a tortured presentation of a former project of mine from 7 years ago. What a political fiasco that thing is.
  • Woke up today at 3:00am and couldn’t get back to sleep. Crankiness currently setting in.
  • That poor Manasquan basketball team of honkies got screwed. NJHSAA should reverse the officials call and punt Camden from Championship game.

Yeah, life has thrown those Manasquan kids some tough roadblocks. They'll be reminiscing on their hard luck for the rest of their lives at the Spring Lake B&T.

I mean, Louisville did bring back Bobby Petrino so them reaching out to Pitino isn’t totally outside the realm of possibility

Really really hope that UL fan gets themselves worked up with who could be their coach then have to settle for Indiana State's coach.

I’m sorry there should only be 2 phone calls made for the UL job and it probably doesn’t matter what order.

Bruce Pearl or Chris Beard.

Sometimes life really is that damn simple and overthinking it just convolutes it.

Anyone but those two that is coaching UL next season and I’ll be laughing my *** off regardless if the person is “successful”.

Given their recent history, I can't imagine they'd touch anyone even remotely controversial -- so prepare to laugh.

Pearl shouldn't really be at this point imo, but I suppose he is. Beard? No chance, imo - although he's absolutely the perfect guy for the job.

Drew makes the most sense, and would be homerun for their situation, imo. May not be exciting, but pretty close to guaranteed success & fast.

Would imagine Drew is happy at Baylor. Football school that sees success in basketball as an added bonus.

-is it? Historically sure... but big12 is the best conference in basketball and the future of the ACC is up in the air. Can Louisville pay like Baylor?

For Drew to leave I think it would have to be one of the Top 5. UK, Duke, UNC, Kansas or …..sigh…….IU.

Otherwise he is basically in the same boat unless he wants a change of scenery.

Obviously it’s all just my opinion and that ain’t worth much. I just don’t see Musselman as anything different than Mack, but given the way that Arkansas team this year has underachieved I’d have reservations on him.

How so? Honestly speaking he has played 2nd fiddle only to Kansas in his current role. If he goes to UL he is 3rd fiddle behind UNC and Duke.

For him I disagree just because of what he has built himself.
Hmm mmm, 3rd fiddle? I believe you forgot another team that he would be playing in their shadow right down I-64

UL is, and has been, an absolute dumpster fire for years. They fired Mack mid-season, and Payne was on the hot seat almost immediately. It's just not an attractive job.

This. When dK posted be prepared to laugh, I immediately thought I haven’t stopped for what seems like 9 years when we beat them in the 2014 run.

They’ve been awful, and honestly that doesn’t even do them justice when I really think of how bad it’s been and how much of a laughing stock they’ve been.

LMAO, imagine being brought into a conference as an upgrade only to be caught buying hookers and it being said on radio the hookers were squirting to the ceiling, and that’s after your head coach is apart of an extortion story worthy of firing, and then after all that but still while under investigation your caught in a FBI investigation for paying players and if memory serves right you basically got out bid and were the ONLY school that didn’t tell the NCAA to F off and stand behind your coach. From there it’s only gotten worse and it would seem impossible to do but they’ve managed.

That is honestly surreal!

Still can’t believe we went from two years ago-

“Will Cal even offer the kid?”
“He could be a decent player here.”

To last summer …

“I don’t know- I think Shep has a real chance to get some minutes this year.”

To now …

Best freshman in the country and Top 5 pick.

Unbelievable.

In the ACC?
SMH. No Krazy not in the acc. But he would be playing uk every year and he would have a much bigger shadow cast over him by uk than the other two. Conference or not. A Louisville coach's success will be measured by his success or lack thereof against us moreso than those other 2.

Baylor doesn't have any major rivalry in bball really. Just living in ku's shadow.

Bigger picture and what not

I mean, if you truly don’t understand why Louisville is the better job, than Baylor, by a longshot, it’s really not worth arguing about.

Maybe not for the individual. Some guys love their lil comfy spot. Few, McDermott, etc. I have no insight into Drew’s motivations, wants, or needs.

Otherwise, get real. After what they’ve endured, Whoever gets them “back” will be a GOD and have Top 10 basketball resources available. Same for IU. They’re beyond starving.

Congrats to Woody and hopefully KP 🍻
