Loves those glasses. Look dead on my favorite set that has UK etched and a basketball in the base.

Rowland also can't write any article unless it is 10,000 words and has 4-5 OT digressions.

[laughing] That's pretty accurate, and I LOVE it.

He flat gave Alex the biz after he shot that 3 the other night. Star Freshman, 7th year Senior, his best buddy/mancrush, it doesn't matter to him...don't recall a team so clearly belonging to someone like that around here. Just wish he had more help.

-But, [eyeroll] with the "I don't get the Murray hate". Who hates Murray? Very curious about this one, please advise...

Pretty hilarious so many of you are up in arms about pointing out that Murray is pretty much a sniper/jumpshooter for us right now -----> BECAUSE HE IS. Maybe you should request that your seats be moved back a few rows so you can see the game better? He's also playing his best ball. I don't see anyone complaining about it...

What a bunch of pussies around here, Christ.

Biggest Differences In Murray Right Now:

a) He's doing a better job choosing WHEN to drive and WHEN to pull now.
b) He's making more shots.

It's that simple.

"I feel like my long-lost best friend came back tonight," Pitino said. "I've been waiting some time for us to play defense like that, and it's exciting to play that way.

"Just a brilliant performance by our guys. Real proud of them."

What the hell has happened to this guy?

He created this

The parallels between he and Spurrier are absurd. Both went from fun-loving offensive styles that made them famous to less successful (but still pretty damn good) eras where their teams were offensively-challenged and a chore to watch.

Rack Chad on Hamilton...how does a kid legitimately sit down with his parent(s) and come to a conclusion that FSU is the best place to develop your basketball talents.

Bacon is going to be a fine NBA player despite going to FSU. He's been underrated for a couple years now I remember his team playing against Simmons' team and I came away equally impressed with them, he's got nice size at 6'7" and can score from anywhere on the floor efficiently(48% fg on the year). Really fun player to watch if FSU is on.

SAE's subtle digs at Cal make me laugh.

They are all kinds of dumb, but funny nonetheless.

HOT REHASHED TAKE: 93' loss hurt more than the 92' loss.

Thanks, Killa.

Now, let's please not spend 2 pages ranking our most painful losses for the 37th time.

Thx

-Freshman Malik Beasley (17ppg) is actually out playing Bacon. What a 3 man backcourt though -- Xavier Rathan Mayes is a stud college guard as well.

That UL vs Pitt was brutal to watch. Hip riding, slapping, grabbing, hacking galore.

Good luck if he's arrogant enough to think they can go back to that crap the rest of the way. Think they probably bitched to the ACC office after the loss to Clemson & knew they'd get a favorable whistle for this one.

If there's one conference you can't get away with that style, it's the ACC. This isn't the Big East.

Junior Braddy disagrees. Or something like that...

I like those glasses, Chad. You should get me some with the Dayton flood wall etched on them.

And Laura and I are looking forward to seeing you, too. Thanks, buddy.

Been supportive of my wifes New Years Diet, which is essentially cooking at home and removing processed foods, regulating portions, etc- nothing drastic. But what is drastic is her wanting to try out new meals. I mean i'm trying here, i really am. I dont need to lose weight but i could stand to clean things up a bit. But a week featuring spaghetti squash, chicken and brown rice, various forms of quinoa... When are the goddam cheat meals, huh? ****.

Hurricane Karma, a category five hurricane, is on course for a direct strike on New Orleans. Residents aren't worried though as it is supposed to be 80 and sunny all next week as they will try to salvage what's left of their worldly possessions and search for missing loved ones and pets.

I like what your wife is doing, Clark. I had quinoa, broccoli and tomato sauce for dinner last night myself.

Murray's defense is pretty bad, but would not look as bad IF, there was a post guy we have had every year Cal has been here to clean up the bad defense. No shot blocker makes him look even worse than he is. Just a presence in the middle would make players think twice about driving all the way to the rim. Right now it is one of three things happen when someone drive. Lay up, foul on one of the TWO guys trying to play help defense, or a offensive rebound when said two guys come over and leave weak side wide open for a rebound.
Get out.

Rickety rack on that. He goes off on these opinion based multi paragraph tangents, and it really makes these articles unreadable. Pretty disappointing, Drummond had some awesome stories as did Gidel.

Rowland does a solid job with breaking content but those articles are unreadable. TJ seems to be doing just enough and Derek Terry has been seemingly pumping out a baseball/womens basketball article at a blistering pace of one per month. Still never get over that time we had an update on a big target and you open the thread and its a embedded YouTube video. That was it, the HOB update post was nothing more than a mixtape. biaummond seems like the last cool writer we've had here, Gidel was fine too, but everyone else has been a thin skinned bia.

I hate Murray, lol OK BUDDY. BBdK teach you this spin?

FTR, All I told you and Table Service Tommy Boy at the Hyatt was that Murray will be a very very good college player but I didn't think he'll be a Top 10 pick after it's all said and done because he the scouts looked at him as a combo guard and I wasn't sold on his PG skills at the next level. Both you fanboys jaws dropped at the mere mention wasn't going Top 5. OMGOSH. How dare I?

I love that he's finally settling in to his role of sniper and not trying to do too much with the ball in his hands. He's letting the game come to him, slowing down w/ the over-penetration (let Ulis and Briscoe do that) and be the recipient of kickouts ----> profit. Cal must have finally stopped showing him Aa Harrison clips.

What do they all have a common? They're are a total crock of **** and a trendy & fancy way of saying the same crap we've had for centuries.

Learn artisan, bro.

Lol, Pickled Jalapenos aren't pretentious or trendy. They're pickled Jalapenos, which you've been eating your entire life while likely thinking that's how they came out of the garden.
