-Don't know the game of most of the Lex guys but unless we find a ringer I think we would probably get run.

-AGS became a cop if I'm not mistaken and stopped posting. No word on why Beavis quit after 15 years. Both were ********. AGS vs Vern would be entertaining.

-Now that I have Sirius and Pandora 90's R&B/Hip Hop, that's my go to. Couldn't even tell you the latest pop stuff. Except Taylor, which I don't think anyone takes issue with. I mean "Shake it off" would be a pretty decent song to up your game. Better than KISS.

I'm guessing Strokin would probably run the court no matter which team he was on. There's very few people here that were even good high school players, much less college players.

Waiting for the halftime line on UK. UT has a thing for starting hot and just blowing it in the 2nd.

Oklahoma is a high number but with TCU coming off a comeback win over UT I'd expect them to come out and get smacked.

I didn't realize he played college ball too. Good ball player and coach must be the life.

I'll play in Louisville when my knee heals up, assuming you're all still alive and able. I sprained my MCL pretty badly about a month ago playing pickup, and I'm younger than all of the Gyero elite (I think) :flushed:.

I'm probably in next week. somebody shoot me an email or if you know me on facebook send me a message with the time/location. My schedule on Monday rotates so I was out this week, can be in the next two. Been several years since I've put up a shot, but I've also lost a lot of weight and added some muscle in that time, so probably a mixed bag.

Wonder if Adrian is liable for Krazy's medical bills, did you make everyone sign a waiver Commissioner?

Of course, I own the gym. [eyeroll]

Waivers were signed, Ms. BellyDancer had a check-in book & waiver forms. But i'm indeed the designated & filed "class instructor"...as required by JCPS. Open Gym is a no-no, so this is an after hours basketball class or whatever, officially.

So what I'm saying is, Krazy your an idiot and can take that law suit of you're's and shove it up you're *** -- but I do hope you recover soon, buddy.

Brent got in my head.

Speaking of Bernie (ours), he no showed as well. Dude has some sneaky game...

...also another old regular GYERO'er who's seemingly fallen off the map, save a few toilet humor tweets from time to time. He's loving some ANAS Mahmoud this season, but other than that, he's a ghost.

All good, I'll be fine. Its GYERO and I expected more of that this morning really considering it happened just running up the damn court.

I'd never sue, and honestly I know Doc is joking but it would be pretty lame to in a situation like this. I knew to be careful at first since I hadn't played in 3 years.

Is there anything more pathetic than a GYERO drive by that ends with:

"#lurker"

"Back to lurking"

"Okay, now I'll GTFO"

etc.

Either bring it, or don't. If you truly suck that bad, you'll either get run or stick it out long enough to earn your spot, like countless people have done before. It's really not that difficult.

You're the GYERO bookie, and now a sympathetic character who's life was ruined by our world championship basketball league. You're safe for awhile, so Chill out & get better so you can check Vern again soon. You broke 73's shot as a result of your actions.

If I ever met the guy that invented orderup, I'm not sure if I would shake his hand or spit in his face. I'm conflicted.

Murray's 3 looked "lazy" vs KU...and again on that first one.

He has such an inconsistent trajectory/bounce on his long J...which undoubtedly leads to his inconsistency as a shooter.

That one was a non jumping moon ball.

See more and more players rolling their shorts at the waistband. You'd think Nike would get the hint and dial back those ridiculous inseams. I have a pair of game shorts and they look like a damn dress.

I almost bought a pair of UK game shorts for hoops, but decided against it for ridicule from SAE & Richie.

Wonder how many rows the upper deck curtains are covering up this year.

One and only trip to TBA was when Hawkins hit the 27 footer to send it to OT. 2004 i believe.

Skal sucks, but he's auto on that J. [laughing]

As far as % on certain shots go, he's only behind the Ulis pullup in regards to that elbow range jumper.

Tyler Ulis is the best PG at UK since Macy. Better college player than Wall or Knight.

Lee is worthless. How can you get into foul trouble against these guys? Get your **** together.
Hope this is a mid season slump. We'll need something, anything, from him in March to go where we want. Our margin of error in the frontcourt is pretty slim.

With those two they have a mountain to climb. Then it sounds like the role players have some skill as well. If Vern is that big and can handle it they don't have much choice. I knew Richie balled. They can't man up the entire game or they will get beat senseless. Unless they have a guy that is 6'5 240 or plays like it. Then a guard that can fill it up when he gets hot.

Of course, in a pick up game you won't run a T2 but that is their best chance. It's possible they have some skills similiar to your team. If you put Spears and Strokin on the Lex team it would be a great game to watch. Like drive 3.5 hours each way to see it good.
Lolwut. Just to be clear, we're still talking about a bunch of middle-aged, out-of-shape white dudes playing pick up, right? If anyone plays zone it's because they're tired of moving.
