Not to beat a dead horse here but Lappas is so awful and all his “coaching suggestions” are just wrong in every way.

Arkansas up 6, they should foul Kansas.

Arkansas up 4 with 10 seconds, again he is calling to fouls Kansas.

Misreading PnR missed switches, doesn’t have a clue what any teams are trying to do but explains as if he was the coach what he’d be trying to do.

No wonder this idiot failed as a coach.
"failed as a coach" ? That is a bit much. Also, fouling with only 4 teams fouls, it makes the other team use MORE clock to eventually score by having to keep resetting the offense. Makes them run 3 possessions instead of one. You are WRONG on that. Why let a team run their initial offense and possible score on the possession ? Instead of using 20-25 seconds, they had to use 35-40. Simple math and what not. ZERO benefit not fouling.

Troy doesn't have a lot of the components of a feisty upset minded underdog.

They're *** from three (27.5%), turn the ball over quite a bit and lost by 16+ everyime they played an actual D1 school.

Counterpoint, UK can't turn you over and schools shoot directly from their sphincter when playing us.

Still think we coast on this one. Give me Illinois over Xavier (in preference) as I think the illini would foolishly attempt to run with us. Xavier will just be SEC light in the tourney.

I think you should be able to practice law if you can study for the bar exam and pass it w/o law school. Thoughts?

I'll leave they why's and wherefores to another discussion.

Ya, let’s get as many f*cking lawyers into society as possible. With any luck we can slowly grind civilized society into a screeching halt.

Outside of our perfect storm of calamities against Bama in the SEC tournament (Butler out, Carr back issues, Oweh concussed) we are playing our best ball of the season

How could you possibly be qualified to practice law without beginning your career already buried in hundreds of thousands of dollars of student loan debt?

Seems pretty hasty and irresponsible, imho.

- Again if we are in the same situation and Pope uses y’all’s strategy, I ain’t even going to care as long as we win.

Arkansas still won too.

- I have no nervous energy today at all. Part of that is because I have to assist coaching 8u from 6-7 and it’s our first practice, and the other part is because I expect Troy to slow us down and make it a fight and I think we can win that way if we have to.

- I am not a fan of 8/9 seed blowouts. I’m also not a fan of day 1 bringing little suspense at all.

- Today I see Colorado St, UNC and Vandy as the only upsets.

I like UCLA with UK fans cheering them on against UT, but I like Creighton to give Auburn a game too. Rupp should be fun tomorrow.

Arkansas is beating St. John’s. Pitino has a weird boner about playing Cal and always overthinks it. Please GOD let Kentucky advance tonight.

Looks like I’ll miss most of the game due to Freshman team HS baseball. I’ll check google for updates. Cats usually play better when I don’t watch anyway.

Should be home in time for the Severance finale and some Drakes DoorDash. What a Friday night on deck!!

Rupp put the end of the Arkansas/Kansas game on the Jumbotron last night. Tennessee fans last night were all cheering loudly for Arkansas. SEC pride I guess? 100% lock they wouldn’t have been cheering on Kentucky no matter the opponent. F*ck this stupid *** conference, JMO

I know 90% of posters in here are high rollers, so if anyone has a hookup for Lakers game or Dodgers game on April 11th, hit me up please.

-I was pulling for Cal to lose by 50. WTF are some of you talking about. Him making a miracle run would be about the worst possible thing I could imagine from this tournament
No. Duke, UCLA, UConn or UNC winning the national title would be the worst thing that could possibly happen in this tournament. WTF are you talking about?

Terie was right. Hate for Cal is heavily clouding many of your all's proper judgement. Title count is always of paramount concern. It supercedes all else.

Then we're of a different ilk. And I'm glad for that.

Ya, I don’t have Cals balls in my mouth when I post!!

Calipari, after 10 years of condescending comments and acting like we’re idiots leaves for an in conference rival with what would have literally been our team. The media calls us unrealistic idiots with Seth Greenberg and others saying we’ll regret it. We go through the season feeling good about the results and feeling validated and saying “Told you so!!”. Then Cal makes a miracle run to the final four proving all those Kentucky haters wrong, you stupid Bennie’s! This leads to a resurgence and Arkansas fans saying who needs the Kentucky brand? It’s Calipari U baby!!

Thank god UCLA and Mick Cronin didn’t get to the final four though!!

Like WTF are you talking about. Are you guys high?

I hope Rick kicks Cal's *** but at the end of the day as much as it would suck if Cal rolls on to the Final Four, he was NEVER going to do it here again. Accept that. It would have been a further plunge into irrelevance.
Ironically. the worst thing for Arkansas is a 2-4 game run that leaves them short of the title and Cal will feel a 100% vindicated and no one will be able to say anything to him. He can just be fat, stroller with a dog pushing, watch Little House instead of game film, what's a zone Cal.

I disagree. Whatever you get this year from Cal would be EXACTLY what he would have done here. It would be the same exact team - just with a different jersey on.

Well, my balls were just in your mom's mouth when I told her about the nonsense her son just uttered. She spit them out in disbelief and went on and on about what a ho of a son she raised.

Then I told her, "That's enough. He's still your son!"

Then I placed the tandem back in her mouth and told her to concentrate. I happy to report that she's back on task.

Our schedule was MUCH harder than Arkansas's schedule. I think Cal was stuck in his Cal "haze" until the game with us. I think it would have been a bigger disaster. Arkansas was so close to being on the wrong side of the bubble, we would definitely had been sweating out Selection Sunday

Law school applications are up 20% nationwide. We are failing our children.
Good. Associates these days f*cking suck.

I’ve started writing my own briefs again. I don’t have the patience anymore to substantially re-write some incoherent BS a “genius” Pomona / Stanford associate wrote (while taking home a $240k salary).

Robert Morris hanging with Alabama, but I don't think they'll be able to beat a team from a P5 conference in post-season.

I just watched a Mississippi State possession where the entire time they were on offense, Drew was staring at the notes in his hand. I watched him and he didn't look up the entire time, until Baylor regained possession.

That's just weird.
