Not a great time to play our worst game of the year. Just a horrible performance all around.
I’m guessing money talks more these days than exposure for a lot of these kids. If you aren’t going or might as well take the biggest bag.

We have never really forced pace and made them get up and down. Unlike the first 2 games UT had made it a half-court game where they excel instead jacking 45 3’s.

The depressing thing is we’ll never get them back. Can’t even beat their 3-9 teams in football, let alone in a good season or a playoff game (lmao).
We haven’t even got it close enough to get excited at any point. Just a complete no show.
This was a team that could kick anyone’s *** on any given night, or get their own *** kicked by any given team on any given night. It was a breath of fresh air, and a good run. Next year will be even better, I think. Probably a lot better. CATS
It isn’t just Carr and Garrison. The whole team has looked at rebounds all damn game.
We got ran by 20+ multiple times this season. That’s a problem.
I did some research after Alabama, and I think it’s the most times losing by 10+ in the modern era.
Tennessee wanted to make it an ugly rock fight. They did. We’re very much a rhythm team and we never got in one.
Playing only 7 games with a healthy roster is a problem.
Not gonna lie, I really like the season we had, but that is a REALLY tough way to go out. Hurts bad.

Rebounding and missed layups. Felt we had a chance early to get some buckets and couldn’t get em.
Gonna make the rest of the weekend a chore for shore. But it sure beats the last 5 years. And that is something you can hang your hat on.
We need to address , and close the talent gap. Pope knows how to coach, and connect with the fans. But the talent disparity needs to tighten up, and we'll be gold.

This was a free year for pope and he crushed it imo.
Now, things I want to see improve in year 2/3 defense of course, sec caliber athleticism and a kentucky team that rarely gets ran against anyone.
