-Correct, walking post meal is one of the most beneficial things you can do, especially for the average person. Worst thing you can do is curl up on the couch but dang that feels good.
-FBall season has me close to buying the ESPN app now that I know about it. Mom loves texting me during the games which has been a thing for decades now. Hate to not do that. $30/month isn’t bad though I wish the whole schedule was out, can’t seem to find the games that will all be down, just the first few games. Assuming it’s because they don’t have times yet.
Also my screen is all jacked up and has random white-ish, green-ish areas with anything bright white on the TV but definitely watchable.
-REALLY hoping my last interview is Friday, these things are exhausting. Ready for offers and to commit so the next few years are set. Medic school in October is set up, figure out where I’m living (hopefully stay here, but totally fine moving toward the gal if that’s how it plays out), just ready to get back to having a more set schedule.
Although I love the freedom to do whatever, whenever, I thrive knowing how my day needs to be laid out. Also I miss that type of work.
-the one year celebration last night with the lady was fun. Didn’t do much but celebrate by eating Mexican and her with a top shelf margarita (made with fresh lime juice, sour mix is hot dog water, an abomination of the classic cocktail if you will) just like the night she decided to inform me I was now her boyfriend “but we’re not going around calling it that.”

As in without saying it, we’re in our 40s/50s we’re not introducing each other as bf/gf, it’s hi this is Mark. Works just fine for me.
Very happy to get there, should’ve probably lost her in the first half of the year, rough times. I’ve talked to at least one person on here about it. But better than ever now.
^ not that anyone cares about all that, or anything really.
-Tried to check out
@MattJones on ESPN radio on my way back from Orlando today but couldn’t figure that out on IHeart. Instead caught 4 minutes of Clay Travis and some guy talking about the age of politicians and airplane pilots.
Hilarious for a brief moment listening to them say Trump was A OK at 79 but Biden at 82 was unthinkable. How about anyone over 75 can GTFO? No one said they can’t stick around advising younger politicians. Regardless of your political affiliation who the hell has the time or desire to spend hours listening to that garbage?
But I digress.
-Not sure how anyone gets Swift/Kelce news often. I heard one brief thing about it on KSR and that’s it.
