-The vibes at KPP were just so cool the last couple weeks. It's different for football and baseball... not being a traditional power I feel like the great times are more joyous. Basketball is pain 99% of the time, just agony. Watching some of those long time pure UK Baseball fans celebrate last night was amazing.
-Couldn't have painted a more beautiful night. Sky looked fake.

Underrated take. I was on a bike ride back in the country road area behind my neighborhood. I stopped to take pictures. I never do that. It was unbelievable. It kind of reminded me of Florida with the colors.

Was driving back from western KY last night, so I had to listen to most of the game on radio. Darren Headrick calls a FANTASTIC game. Kentucky's got a really great one in the booth.

It's really incredible to witness how Mingione pivoted from being a stone cold atrocity into being arguably the best coach on campus. Just amazing.
I'd love to head to Omaha, but scoping out the dates for the CWS just has never been on my radar and therefore I scheduled a family trip during it. I always do my best to pay attention to potential conflicts with the Final Four and Bowl Season, but I guess I'll need to start adding this to my list.
I don't buy the notion that Hurley is actually going to head to the Lakers. I think if he wanted the job, he would have accepted i already. My guess is that he wants to leverage this for more money from UConn and the UK flirtation was much to quick in order for him to actually maximize it to his advantage.

One of my takeaways from this weekend is that it is absolutely wild what pitches some of these dudes will swing at.
You would think Saturday to give our (and UGA/NC State) arms more rest. But it's the NCAA so who knows.
Yep… There’s wider variance between college players and major leaguers in terms of being able to pick up the pitches.
