- @CSC81 why is now a good time to invest if you have cash? I’ve not been able to find solid deals of late and things are getting worse so the best “deals” are still yet to come IMO.
In short, if the Dow/S&P ever actually “fails,” the entire world is falling apart. The US market has only ever gone up. Throw every liquid dollar you have at a Dow/S&P ETF while the market is reeling, sit back, profit.

I wouldn't be mad at Arkansas making the SEC finals and us getting a rematch. Let's have some fun.

Pope may have one of our 85 grad assistants scouting them as we speak.

While I agree with the sentiment, I'm not sure we've seen the true dip yet. Inflation dropped to its lowest levels yesterday in nearly three years and the dow didn't bat an eye.

As long as uncertainty remains, we could continue to see 1/2 point daily drops (with the occasional uptick).

You are right though, timing the market is nigh impossible, so might as well get a discount when you can.

My poor 401k though.

Buy low/sell high…got it. I keep a “spare tire” account for just such times.

Saw Mark Chestnut play in some rinky amphitheater at OpryLand somewhere around 1990. Mark Chestnut, Doug Stone, Sammy Kershaw are some of my favorite non-popular dudes.

Warms my heart to see the Arkansas fans start to have some belief that they may actually have a chance to win something of significance.

I open most packages like Gruden did. Find a pen and poke holes in the edges until I can rip it open.

Our bigs should eat tonight, looking for big games from Carr and Williams

On second thought, maybe Indiana getting Beard wouldn't be the worst thing. He appears very comfortable playing an outmatched honk all game, should fit right in.

Cooper Flagg killed John Feinstein, I guess. Seriously, he sucked as a Duke fan/UK hater but "Season on the Brink" and some of his other golf books are fantastic.

That kid has kept Ark in the game the entire second half. One bad play after another.

And of course he hitters the dagger 3. Murray has been equally bad. Can't stay in front of anyone and just dribbles the life out of the ball and jacks contested jumpers.

I'm invoking the clown here, by the way.

What a perfect capsule.

- Cal nearly had his back to the court because he assumed Ole Miss would take a timeout regardless of what happened with that free throw. When they got it and ran, it caught him completely off-guard.
- As Pedulla pushes the ball up the court, Cal is frantically pointing and screaming. Meanwhile, Beard is sitting nonchalantly on the scorers table, because he trusts his guys to make a play.
- Pedulla hits the shot (which was well-contested), then in the ensuing scramble, Arkansas' best scorer inbounds the ball and doesn't get it back. Instead, Billy Richmond, who is 1-12 from 3 for the season, keeps it.

To Richmond's credit, it nearly goes in. And it would have been the most Cal thing ever if it had.

I wish they'd both get left out, but Indiana vs. Arkansas in Dayton would be *chef's kiss*.

7:48 start for mizz/miss st.
Seems like they could have got that one going a little sooner. The Texes game ended around 640 and the Mizz/MSU players were ready to immediately come on the court and warm up. Matt said something about Jans complaining about waiting so long to tipoff.
