I think Kam needs Mo’s role and minutes.Jelovic needs most, if not ALL of Dioubate's minutes.
Kam Williams needs a LOT more of whomever he takes minutes from.
Aberdeen and JJ need to embrace facilitating this outstanding ball movement. I mean, good lord... Where in TF has THIS been all f***ing YEAR?
It's like after we d*cked around for the first 10 plus minutes of the game, it's as if these guys magically remembered how to, you know, PLAY F*CKING BASKETBALL AGAIN! What in the hell?![]()

Did one of you b@stards sacrifice a GD goat in your backyard at around 9:00 PM?
Hasn't Mizzou's front court manhandled a lot of folks? They're absolutely humongous.Dioubate is an offensive black hole… Kam can drive, pass, finish, and shoot. Not sure why there’s a debate.
Moreno looked more comfortable against a team of stiffs. Mizzou front court manhandled him.
just hitting a few threes changed everything.
He’s pretty rough defensively and doesn’t consistently spread the floor (at least not yet). Don’t let the wide open 3 they essentially dared him to shoot tonight fool you.I'm no basketball, but isn't Jelovic more suited to the FOUR (Mo's position I had assumed) than Kam? Plus, it seems to me that Jelo plays pretty good defense with awareness. Again, my basketball IQ is pretty "meh"
I think you misspelled Leonard Hamilton in your recruiting comment.People were generally dissatisfied with Joe B. during a lot of his tenure. History has looked favorably on him though, and most everyone realizes what a really good job he did, under the unenviable circumstance of having to replace Rupp. Hall could recruit his *** off.
Yeah, probably too strong a phrase, although he did have his worst season in his last season. That was coming off a Final 4 though.Joe Beasman Hall was never, at any point, close to driving this program off a cliff.
I’ll never fully heal from 1984 tho, my most beloved Kentucky team of my lifetime.
Yep. He only went to the Sweet 16 and got beat by St Johns.Yeah, probably too strong a phrase, although he did have his worst season in his last season. That was coming off a Final 4 though.
Hall’s biggest problem were two bad NCAA tourney losses to MTSU and UAB and that Knight was killing it at IU and Crum was killing it at UL. Hall’s overall body of work was pretty darn good in hindsight.People were generally dissatisfied with Joe B. during a lot of his tenure. I agree about Lowe probably needing to hang it up for the season.
I was encouraged most of all by how everyone was sharing the ball in the second half. And as a result, it looked like they were finally having fun out there.
I believe that was the Sweet 16. Chris Mullin poked Kenny Walker in the eye with the Cats winning in the 1st half. SJU had Walter Berry, Mark Jackson to go along with Mullin. The Big East was something else in that era.Yep. He only went to the elite 8 and hit beat by St Johns.
Which featured what would be considered maybe the second biggest championship game upset ever, with Villanova over Georgetown. 41 years ago in March. The Big East had 3 of the Final Four that year, which was played in Lexington.
I feel like Captain Obvious posting that, but hell, it's been over 40 years now. /old
