Feel now like I wasted a lot of time banging Canadians over there. They were just so easy, friendly, and spoke English. Should have tried to focus more on the locals.

Matt Jones is getting worked on 104.5 the Zone. I am on lunch and tuned in for a second. They're talking about him in a federal lawsuit about using photos that didn't belong to him right now. Paul Kaharsky is just blasting him. Apparently, Jones got upset about them using some of his content so Paul is laughing at him and naming other Matt Jones in the world more important than Matt.

- Louisville has the most schizo team in the country tonight. Among the highlights of Miami's season thus far:

WINS- @Florida, @Duke, @Syracuse

They've also taken UVa to double OT and played ND tough on the road.

They also have these losses:

by 28 to EKU at home
by 20 to GT at home

- I'm down with Nantz/Rafferty, but what the hell is Grant Hill doing in there? Does he have any experience whatsoever? He could be good or he could be Battier or Jay Williams.

- So, Bruce Jenner, one of the greatest athletes in US Olympics history is about to become a woman. What happened to that guy?

- I love our freshmen but they are the most fragile class we've ever had. Everyone but Towns has missed a game or two with illness or minor injury.

- The only run from outside you can compare this one from Devin Booker to is Cam Mills in the 1997 NCAA Tourney.

So ISIS set that captured pilot on fire and video taped it?

All the sudden beheading doesn't sound so bad.

Even the lackluster offseason of the SEC probably played a part.

We show some on field results this year and make a bowl game and I still have confidence that Stoops will bounce back with next year's class. If we win 5 or less, it's going to continue to be a hard sell for this program.

Definitely not a panic situation, just more deflating than anything. If we finish out the class with who the main sites say we will, it will likely still be a top 40 class and way above our general standing in CFB. I guess that is life when you recruit a little better for a few years that the 'real' football teams are going to see you as an easy target.

* Oh and definitely not going to passively follow recruiting. I did that for three years... because we sucked ***. And even then I still was able to convince myself that we were getting better (we weren't).

NFL guy brings up university blogger/radio host in a market they don't reach the week after the super bowl. Calls out said blogger/radio host for being a homer which is exactly the reason he has > 120K twitter follows.

I am going to guess its another good day for Mags. Now they will chastise UK fans for being crazy most likely after coming to his defense, vicious cycle this BBN. Amazing the way that thing has taken off.

-Thanks anth for the tips on international chicks. I've always said, people from shively are my go to, on international affairs.

-been in a suite for several games, and bunches of concerts. Its pre-order, about $50 a 12 pack.

-can't believe some of you not wanting Nantz to call the final four. The final four and the Masters both wouldn't seem legit without him

Only because you young pups don't remember anything else. His Final Four predecessors Curt Gowdy, Dick Enberg and Gary Bender >>>>> Nantz. I am glad Nantz took over for Musburger, though.

Some of the opinions in that thing are borderline terrifying.
Without writing a book here there is evidence that says some of these shots are totally unnecessary and once again its all about the $.

With this sudden outbreak of measles which we have all but eradicated in this country should be how has this happened. The answer to that question is simply all the illegal aliens flooding our country. They are bringing all kinds of diseases and such with them here. That will never be the big story because its politically incorrect right now. Can't discriminate against anyone no matter what! Until this problem is fixed vaccinated or not this problem will only continue to get worse. Until more people in this country wake up and realize how big of a problem illegal immigration really is and its effects on our country this problem will only get worse in more ways than one! Its time to take our country back people.

What's your problem, bud. This is some truly amazing insight.

I don't follow world events as much as I follow which 18 year olds are going to be playing college sports at the local university, but the Isis guys are out of control. Like, we need to do something. That story about the dad that got revenge on 7 of those cocksuckers after they executed his son is badass. More of that. F*ck those guys imo

Funny thing about ISIS. Those bastards are going to alienate every nation on earth, and actually bring the world together to take a collective **** on them. They are unintentionally f*cking over their own cause by being such pricks.

The Japanese have always struck me as a group that I wouldnt want to piss off on a large scale. Hiding behind the tranquil ambiance of bonsai trees and sashimi is a powder keg of ruthless kick ***. They come off as a group that was hoping for a reason to get involved- and they are likely plotting some type of uber-creative video game type of revenge.

Big if true.

When I was over there, we all knew the insurgents would do bad things to us if they caught us. Pretty much all of us agreed on the flight in and out of Iraq, if said plane went down and they came on us, nobody was gonna be taken alive. We weren't gonna have our heads cut off on TV.

Never imagined they'd burn us in a cage though. These people are a blight on the world and need to be eradicated.

No way in hell I'd watch a video like that, the pic showed up on my FB feed a few times, that was enough.

I really don't understand how people can knowingly click & watch those types of things. I just can't take it.

One exception was the 9/11 museum...they had entire exhibits dedicated to the 'jumpers', with video & **** you've never seen before in all the countless documentaries & youtube stuff...which was just awful. But like with everything in there, you almost felt "obligated" to watch, read, and pay respect, no matter how painful it was. We spent 3 hours in there, and could have spent 30.

One of the more incredible experiences of my life, btw...had been to the Memorial the year it opened, but the museum, which opened last year, is just something else. You could spend an entire week in that place...it's almost all stuff you haven't seen/heard -- from jumper stuff, to cell phone calls/messages to people on the planes saying goodbye, and everything in between. It's just incredible and impossible to put into words, really.

-Cats -18? No Thornton? Hmmm, yeah, still not touching it...

-Cold smoking a Salmon currently....180-190 -- think that may be my favorite thing to do for a multi-hour cook.

-GAMBOL: Teased IU (+23), UT (-2), Northern Iowa (+.5) -- probably make a few more plays...anything look good to anyone else?

-How heartbreaking was Briante Weber's career-ending injury? Not only does it completely touch VCU...may end that kid's career. He was 8 steals short of the ALL TIME NCAA Steals record.
