- I feel awful for you guys who have to not only worry Wisconsin, but also about how you're going to party this weekend. The game is more than enough to have all of my attention. How I'm going to party is way down my list.

- Not that I thought we were going to breeze through the tourney, but damn, Saturday was a wake-up call.

- F Wisconsin. No way those bastards torch the rims like that AGAIN and in a dome. 10-12 from three in the 2nd half?

- We should be able to contain the bounce against them. There's no Demetrius Jackson or Jerian Grant. No Kasey Hill either.

- Haha. That pic is hysterical. Guess it got loose
from the Ag Department?

- Any of you all ever use Air BnB? My sister is flying in from Louisiana and she and her friend originally booked a room the day the twins announced they were returning at a La Quinta about 13 miles from downtown.

They cancelled that room on Sunday night and are now leasing someone's 2 bedroom apartment downtown near Lucas Oil on Meredian. The place looks nice and it's much less than a hotel. 2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and 2 full bath.

- This weather is unreal.

AirBnB was going to be our backup. Lots of nice places downtown. BBdk used it last weekend and slept on some random dudes couch.

This dude is just roaming around on my street. Basically across the road from our house. What the hell is going on? Can't be a farm within 5 miles.

Maybe a stupid question, but...

Are all Final 4 tickets the "flash tickets"...would a person be able to go up Monday and scalp a couple?

Interesting. Never really heard of the site before but checked out the place they are leasing and it all looks legit.

Where is the team hotel?

Not all, but alot are. It would be a good idea to go ahead and sign up for a Flash account. It's free. And if you buy off the street, the seller e-mails you the tickets, you check to make sure they're in your account, then you pay.

Re: GYER38-0

Had a great 1st experience w/ AirBnB. 2 story 1500sq foot condo on a cobblestone street in Tremont right on a strip of restaurants & bars. $50 per night.

I had a Private bedroom & bath on the 2nd floor, and saw the dude for 2 seconds one time after we exchanged keys.

Looking at upgrading to it again from our Hotel, but will likely go with a completely private home. There are some sick places to split amongst a few couples...

Holy ****, I didnt know that. Could you imagine waking up and seeing that sonofabitch on your couch in only his boxers, coughing and hacking, white castle boxes all over the floor. And then letting him use your shower, where we all know what went on in there. Shew wee, what a nightmare.

Used AirBnB when I went to NYC in December. Rented out an entire apartment in Queens for like $80 a night. Great experience and we had a whole damn apartment for 1/3 the cost of a hotel.

Re: GYER38-0

Guess I'm the only one not dismissing Kaminsky. We keep talking about how our guys have improved, so has THAT guy. Keep hearing "I'm not worried about Frank at all, Dekker is the one I'm concerned about".

He's the best college basketball player in the country, you'd better be concerned about him. He had 8pts vs us last year? Ok. That's about as relevant as how many points Julius Randle had, imo.

Dekker has been in a zone, but I watched him play countless times this season. He's a baller & extremely versatile for sure, but he was right at 30% from 3 before he went bonkers the last 2 weeks -- people are acting like he's Doug McDermott.

Re: GYER38-0

Hope our guys are disciplined enough to guard Frank. He does a ton of up and under, spin moves and head fakes. If you can be patient on him you can get some blocks yourself or with some help coming over. If not you're going to get in foul trouble real quick.

Can't put these guys at the line all night either as they shoot an unreal %. I think Dekker is basically the worst at 72%.

He's absolutely outstanding. If Karl starts on him, he'll have 2 fouls before the 18 minute mark.

That's what worries me most. If Karl tries to back down and Kaminsky flops, they'll call it all night long. I'm still not over that Nolan flop against Poythress last year. Worst charge call ever.

Re: GYER38-0

I think you have to put Towns on Kaminsky but immediately - and I mean IMMEDIATELY - attack him in the post. Put him on the defensive as quickly as possible b/c I don't think he can handle Towns. The potential for foul trouble goes both ways.

I think fatigue is going to end up being a big factor in this one. Teams, without fail, just wear down against us.

I don't think anyone is dismissing Kaminsky or saying Dekker is a better player.

I just think Dekker is a tougher matchup because I don't see anyone who will have much success checking him.

We can throw 3 different bigs on Kaminsky. Who guards Dekker?

WCS is gonna guard Dekker, IMO. Might even see a little Marcus Lee.

Also, what's the over-under on the number of times Kaminsky flops in this one? Guy is an absolute ****.

Who guards Towns?

Just think it's being overblown. How many teams have a 6'9 turbo athletic 3/4 man that can hang with Dekker? Not many, yet he only averaged 13ppg on the year.

I understand it's the most difficult matchup on paper, but Dekker himself just doesn't scare me. The main difference that has everyone so "concerned" been him going ape **** from 3, which is more a fluke than the norm.

America:

Recently, Mia Farrow tweeted a petition on White House.gov to revoke Scientology's tax exempt status to her 640,000 followers. Of course, at 3,757 signatures as of this writing, the petition has fewer signers than petitions to designate May 20th Macho Man Randy Savage Day (4,857 sigs), to build a Death Star (34,000 sigs), and to deport everyone who signed a petition to let their state secede from the union (29,650 sigs).

War damn Death Star.

Re: GYER38-0

So I'm trying to feed my confirmation bias and convince myself we're in good shape for these games and I've gone back to look at shooting in Lucas Oil during the 3 regional finals and the other Final Four that's been played there. Didn't come across anything too groundbreaking so far, but it's worth noting that while teams I've looked at generally don't shoot better or worse there, Aaron Harrison shot 7-13 combined across the two games against Louisville and Michigan.

Macho Man lived in Lexington for years while his dad ran a little independent territory here. He merits a statue somewhere downtown, IMO. I have no doubt that the dude was a true blue WILDCAT FREIND.

Love that BRax is going to miss a free Zac Clown concert at the Final 4.

And they also have 'Here come the Phaggots' for Pope.
