Found out all I need to know about Geese on Saturday night with his inner circle. Let's just say... we all agreed. Then we did several shots.

Sounds like it. He typically spins but pretty hard to ignore him saying Rozier is 100% gone and say it's b/c of his mom working 2 jobs.

Sounds like Gil is out the door also.

Got a nice class coming in but he better he the transfer ranks hard.

It's all probably sad but true.

- wildcatchad, are you going up to Indy? Or thinking about the nostalgic play and catching the games in Lex this weekend?

Re: GYER38-0

Geese sent a text out in January after the A&M game saying he doesn't care if the twins play another game. Dude was losing his mind.

Total red flag especially considering they carried us to championship game last year.

If I go up to Indy, I'm thinking it will be a Monday up-and-back trip, probably with my Dad.

Saturday- anything's on the table. Was considering Lexington. Wanted to see what everyone was doing- 80, B$, Boat, you, etc. I'd say I'll probably just watch it with the usual crew here in town, but who knows.

I'm pretty nervous already.

-After that performance in the tourney, Terry would be insane to stick around. About as good as he could play.

-NCAA official travel partner -> primesports.com. What a bunch of sanctimonious dick holes. Logo up and all.

-Not feeling real hot today. Probably shouldn't have tried to calm down Saturday by telling the bar tender, "give me all of your fireball and beers." Headed home and probably just crashing, may attempt to sleep 16 hours.

-Going out on the failed March diet with Patachou, that's the way to do it.

I'm shocked at how many of you will drive 3 hours to a SEC tournament, but won't drive 1:30 to a final four. Smh

Yup, where I sold mine. Not a bad commission (5.5%).

Chadrach, unless something magical drops in my lap I'll be around Saturday. You welcome to stay in the RB suite. Probably mix in a nice day at Keeneland first.

This always cracks me up, COMING FROM YOU.

Seriously.

On GYERO, you absolutely destroyed WCS over and over again, labeled him a loser, questioning everything about the kid. Solid.

Off the board? Talk about red flags but I won't go there in regards to losing one's mind. But I've never been huge fans of the twins. They're stone cold killers but everything in between drove me up a wall the past two years. Andrew has grown by leaps and bounds just the past 2 months alone. Props to him.

Saturday has shaken my confidence in our other worldly defense to its core. But who the hell knows they may go out and hold Wisconsin to 38 gd points or something ridiculous like that because they are pissed at themselves. I can dream.

We have trouble with guards who can get to the rim. Florida hurt us 3x in the exact same way. Wisconsin is really good and obviously Decker is going to be an issue, but they don't have a guard who can hurt us off the bounce.

It's going to be an entirely different challenge.

Not worth rebutting. Geese is a great fella off the board ( one my favorites on here ) but he can be irrationally miserable sometimes.

He just seems so angry and snippy 95% of the time. Don't get it.

(In fact, Cal says he's not watching any tape either. "I'm starting to get overloaded with it to be honest with you, and then I stop. I don't need to watch ten game tapes. We all start losing our minds. 'I gotta prepare! I gotta work harder than the other guy!' Stop it, just stop it.")

I get Cal's idea about let's focus on doing what we do and be the "best us," but knowing your opponents moves and go to's has to give one an edge.

Chance favors the prepared mind.

Ever think a part of it is grounded in a GYEROish schtick?

I can't vent about the DDMO to my wife or coworkers so who the hell else is going to get it? (besides Richie)

Get the schtick but some of it is more than that. Guess we all need a place to vent.

Yes, I was a blithering idiot about WCS. Never thought he had that competitive edge in him and always felt he lacked confidence. Wow. He's come such a long way and if he continues to build confidence, like Kenny Payne said recently, then watch out.

Been high on him all year though.

For the team stream broadcast I'd love Tom Hammond and Mashburn. NOt sure what Mash is doing but he is real solid and not sure why he didn't get more run on ESPN.

Mash was good in the studio. Guess he wanted more time with the family.

Bring Conley out of retirement. Know BKH would love it. " Great passsssss".

I'm sure it'll have to be local yokels like Bromley, because I doubt Hammond's contract with NBC and Mash's with ESPN (if he's still under contract) will allow them to call a game on Turner Sports.

I'm a little nostalgic for Hammond/Conley. Not necessarily the best, but I miss those two calling games together.

Re: GYER38-0

In the words of UCL...prepare for a HOT TAKE!

I think Duke presents the toughest challenge for us in the F4.

All year I've been saying Wisky was the team standing between us and 9 but now with an entire season of evidence to look at ===> there is really only one way to beat this team outside of us just crapping the bed. 4 out, 1 in. Surround a big who can catch and finish with shooters and slashers and drive the damn ball or pick and roll until we give you a lane. That's it, that's the list. Florida, UGA, and ND accomplished this with success.

I think Cal is totally underplayed as an X's and O's guy, but he's not infallible as a coach and he's pretty stubborn in the fact that he is of the opinion that "we do what we do and we'll win". He's going to roll with the guys he trusts, Dakari being one of them, Lee really isn't. It's that simple.

I don't see the badgers rim running like ND did, just not their game. Now, Duke, OTOH, can space you and put it on the deck.

We beat Wisky by double digits Saturday. It will be a war but we will wear them down in the under five and knock down FT's to close it out. I say we get Duke on Monday and it is nip and tuck for #9. But the twins aren't going out runners up again, we win by 5.

Friend tells me talk radio is all Wisky all the time. Don't know what makes me more nervous: Most people picking us or picking them.

Pulled the trigger on Section 400 for Saturday night. Hope they've got s good jumbotron.

Funny how every single ticket on PrimeSport goes up the same increments. Was looking at sec 544 for $802, 10 mins later, it's $855 across the board, same as 547 3 sections over.

Will be in downtown Indy by noon Friday, gonna try to find something there before the rest of the mist gets into town.

Caught two flicks this weekend.

Boyhood. Was actually really impressed, thought it was great. Amazing how they made it over 12 years.

Unbroken. Great film, unbelievable story. Can't imagine living through what he did. Definitely worth a look.

I know nationally and within BBN, all the scuttlebutt is about our guys getting worked by The Irish.

We gave up 66 pts. to one of the best offensive teams in the nation. A team that beat Duke twice. It's not like they scored 80 Saturday night.
