I love it as well and anyone who as ever played athletics can easily see how a player would die for him. His "roll the dice" coaching style, his personality, and his very vocal support of his players make him one of the premier coaches in the nation. I love the guy and wish I had been given an opportunity to play for someone exactly like him.
