It can. They hired a young dude to set up the new big server in the first place, the one getting ready to plead the 5th. It was a done on the cheap operation, not carefully thought out and secured. Hillary and crew are going to end up at the least losing security clearance. Can we have a president that doesn't have security clearance?

"Sorry madam president, we can't tell you that".

And you know this ... how, exactly? Of course they hired a young dude -- who do you think knows the most about IT these days? It certainly isn't old farts like us. As for whether this guy who claims to have her e-mails is legitimate, I vote NO, unless he was part of her tech team and had access to the server before it was handed over to the FBI or he's part of the FBI team now going over it, in which case his *** would be grass. I think it's more likely that he's trying to cash in on stuff that Gawker stole from Sid Blumenthal's AOL account, which was already made public.

But whether there's any "there" there or not, this thing is going to dog Hillary right through the primaries.

He went to state with her as IT staff

I don't know what he's doing now, but I'm pretty certain it's not FBI. I forgot an "In my opinion".

In my opinion, he's a proverbial government employee. He knows less about security than I do. And no, it's not my experience that the young one's know more and are better than the older developers/administrators.

You know the Ruskies and Chinese have the files off her server. A bud of mine who has been pretty good at foreseeing some political events, has speculated that Trump will cut a deal to purchase the information to be revealed at the appropriate time.

What do you do for a living? I bet you'd be pissed if somebody made a baseless blanket statement about your career field and claimed you didn't know anything about your own job. The security guy in question happens to be a contractor, does that automatically make him more qualified than if he were civil service? Didn't think so. And it turns out I was right, all the scam artist hacker has is stuff that was already out there:

a cursory Google search suggests the emails in question actually surfaced online in 2013 after a hacker using the handle “Guccifer” breached the email account of Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal and released its contents.
