That’s wild man. I thought from what I’ve read on here this guy was all world DC. Oh well,some school will get a good coach soon. Watched his defense play against Richmond and they were the real deal

He’s definitely an acquired taste, but you can’t deny that he’s one helluva coach. Whatever the case may be, I hope it doesn’t stunt his growth as a coach.
Don’t start this BS! He was fired by Ferebee bc he was jealous Hackett was the face of the program. He made Vance to what they are now not Brand. Hackett! I know the whole situation and he did nothing wrong. He was forced out by the man he help get the job at Vance! Vance will be nothing without him and he has already got another job! His numbers speak for itself!
There's sure a Thang going on in Mecklenburg County. First, a state power team falls and now the newly baptized Chamber High School DC - Coach Hackett gets fired because of fear he would get the job...yet the principal had nothing to do with the firing - just the coach????

Idk what is true or whats not true but I will say this - Hackett is great coach and he will be a HC soon so End of be all - this could be a Blessing in disguise
It's a new age of social media you have to accept that everyone has a voice. *shoulder shrug*. I'm more of an outsider even more now that Hack is out, he was my last contact to the Brand Era. I guarantee he can probably pick anywhere he wants to go, I'll reach out and wish him the best.
They absolutely have the right to have their voices heard but they also get to live with the consequences of those voices. I see alot of these guys constantly sniping about why they haven't been hired as a HC. Then I look at their social media posts and some of their antics on the sidelines and just laugh. Guess what....its about more than just X's and O's and being high energy.

The choices they present on social media are the results and the path to how close or far they are from their goal. They act like a clown, then they stay at clown level. They act like a professional then they get the job they have been after.
They either want to become leaders or they wish to be led...

Every Coach has a "Hype" man these days LOL. Most of these guys are just additional bodies to help facilitate drills and practice flow. The "Core" position Coaches with the Head Coach implement the actual structure & philosophy of the offense and defense to the players along with adjustments during the actual games.
