I would argue Noah is a 3 or stretch 4 (in very limited moments).....I'd hate to imagine Noah trying to check shooting guards. His foot speed is nowhere closeI believe the plan is to play Noah at the 2/3

As does Mitchell. He also rebounds like a mad man , can pass and block shots, he plays great defense inside and plays his heart out every second on the floor. I’m sure they all would play hard though and Hall would be a great addition as well, probably could use an Upgrade down low more in my opinion. Tough decision but they better jump quickly because they’ll be gone fast I’d say. Clock is ticking. As shown by uk in tbt final, have to score to win.
Hall adds that
I hope whoever we end up with is not a disrupter of team chemistry. We do not need any "me first" types of players. Hopefully, we do not have any right now. We'll know soon enough, I guess.Team chemistry is really important imo.
by some accounts last years team didn’t have it and it showed in effort on the floor.
id like to see us get the kid from Michigan but honestly I see Mitchell as the best fit.
If casual fans think Hall is not a good fit, surely Pope and staff should know. Let's hope so ...my best friend did his vet work at auburn, he said the same thing to me. thinks hall is a terrible fit.
I don’t think it’s a terrible comparison. Randle was a much better athlete, quicker and even better rebounder in college. Kohler is much more versatile and a more classic low post type of scorer around the basket. Randle was a post drive and post spin type of guy who can finish under duress. Kohler is a guy to hit you with a soft baby hook. Kohler is also the better passer and spot up threat.Mitchell reminds me of a poor man’s Julius Randle. Am I wrong?
This team won’t have trouble scoring without Hall. Problem is they’ll need to score 105 to beat the good teams given how bad they’ll be defensively. As shown by uk in tbt final, have to score to win.

lol. Stop it.I believe the plan is to play Noah at the 2/3
Hell I’m trying to envision a world where he’s dribbling in a game.I would argue Noah is a 3 or stretch 4 (in very limited moments).....I'd hate to imagine Noah trying to check shooting guards. His foot speed is nowhere close
At least those will make 3s at a high percentage, huh? Man, Trent just needs to hit freaking shots. Until he does that, he doesn’t deserve any type of consistency in minutes.A lot of shooting guards are not that elusive

This! Hall is a terrible fit for this roster IMO. He’s a ball stopper and this team will be at their best with ball movement.Dont want Hall at all. I want the kid from Mich State
totally agree. and positionally (i know kam is hurt and their are question marks there) but he doesn't really add anything at 6'6"/6'7". i see hall as high risk, low reward. This! Hall is a terrible fit for this roster IMO. He’s a ball stopper and this team will be at their best with ball movement.
It scares me to death, on one hand we need talent but on the other he could potentially ruin the team from being the ultimate knucklehead like many athletes before him.my best friend did his vet work at auburn, he said the same thing to me. thinks hall is a terrible fit.
He’s by far the best option to me. I’d rather him only potentially be able to play and get him rather than get Hall and have him ruin the team.Kohler is my preference. Can be a stretch four, or the five when needed and he might be desperately needed there.
we have a starting 2 and 3. we dont have an obvious starting 4.....we hope we do.
Milan is our 3We need a 3 . We don't have one. Not even really close. Hall would be the perfect addition at the 3. But I want Mitchell
you cant have a guy who has never averaged more than 3 rpg start at PF. milan is a 3.....going to have to get over it.We need a 3 . We don't have one. Not even really close. Hall would be the perfect addition at the 3. But I want Mitchell

Take him and tell him he is coming off the bench(even if thats not the case). Tell him he will still get starters minutes. If he talks at that before coming, say no thanksI know it’s only for a year, but the thing with Hall that worries me is that he was at 3 high schools and this would be his 5th college in 9 years. He bounces around a lot.
I think some of his transfers (college level) can be explained. Going to UCF is stepping up a level which is understandable, and then going to a reigning 1 seed in Auburn in the hopes of reaching his first tournament is also understandable. Him acting out at Auburn after essentially being duped by Pearl (Bruce leaving the day before practices start) also gives some grace.I know it’s only for a year, but the thing with Hall that worries me is that he was at 3 high schools and this would be his 5th college in 9 years. then you have a short team where no one plays defense and moreno will be in foul trouble every game. but i get it...fans want 3s more than anythingI agree but it does work if you consider Hall a 3. He averages 7 boards a game
Correct. But between Popes history coaching defenses and the vast majority of the roster struggling defensively as an individual player, it’s a reasonable prediction. I digress though, as I’m pretty sure Beattle said we’re not allowed to do that. You don't know that
Agree with this. My concerns with Hall don’t have much do to with his play.I agree but it does work if you consider Hall a 3. He averages 7 boards a game
Hall causes a rotation issue as he would causeway line up shuffle. .Mitchell you just bump Ndydae to bench and I still Mitchell .my best friend did his vet work at auburn, he said the same thing to me. thinks hall is a terrible fit.

i'd take the richmond center before hall.1 Kohler
2 Mitchell
3 Hall
In that order. Hall is talented and could be a difference maker, but you’re taking a risk to team chemistry adding anybody this late. Especially somebody that was suspended at Auburn last season
and wont quit, will play hard every night.Kohler is way better defensively than the other two and one of the better rebounders in the country and shoots the 3 as well.
He doesn’t come with potential chemistry issues or play me first ball either.
