They have wanted his head for three years now and another flame out in the regionals likely gets him fired. Now, his team has apparently ridden their hot bats into omaha. All of a sudden he is sitting pretty. He now gets a minimum of three more years and a possible pay raise or with his resume padded by an omaha trip, he takes a lateral move to another school that doesn't have the crazy fans.

Bad as I hate to say it Bianco has done a good job at OM and never deserved to be fired to begin with. If anything making it to Omaha kept them from doing something stupid by getting rid of him.

Now Kennedy on the other hand, that one 2013 SEC tournament has condemned them to a dim future due to Henderson saving his job.

The 50 rebels that post here regularly. They'll be along shortly.

Seriously.

If there was ever a duping going on, it's the guy that only beats his rival and no one else in the SEC with a winning record and then sells his fanbase on "4 of 5" to keep his job after a very mediocre performance.

I think the four straight bowls

And eliminating the embarrassing losses is what helps keep his job

Unlike a lot of your lunatic fringe, I'd rather be competitive in games with and beat the top tier teams than only beat my rival. Sure, it sucks to lose to inferior teams but it's just another game. Not something to build a statue over or grant extensions. But I don't live in state so I guess it's different for most of your fans.

Run along now, and tell the ED boys how the board ruined this masterpiece of a thread too.

What could we do to change this? Different head coach, who then? Better assistants? New facilities? New stadium? How about cheating, we've done it before. Wait, I know the answer. Hire Hud. The guy who I was told dozens of times wouldn't be available after last year so we had to get him when we had a shot.

You said top teams as if you've beaten more than one....

They're going to ride that 2013 win over LSU for years. It was a good win over a top team, but it's still strange that OM fans would try to use their victory over LSU against State when they lost to State a month later.
