It's on a pay tier. You aren't missing anything so far. KO return for a TD and a Brees INT.

It's a standoff between NFL and Comcast. Comcast and others want it for free...the NFL wants dollars. But you can sure believe that Comcast would put it on the digital tier and charge if not outright for the NFL channel ....should they get it for free.

If you're really interested in this case and the lawyers with Brooks Brothers suits, google NFL and Comcast. You will get more than you want.

But while they're working it out in the courts Comcast still offers it on an extra pay tier. It's channel 406 here in Jackson.

Comcast will carry the NFL signal, but they are charging a premium for it.

NFL wants it out there for everybody to see on the lower cable tiers (i.e. more ad revenues.) There is a simple deal to work out, but corporate greed and hard headed-ness has brought it to a standstill. Perhaps the lack or revenue and dropping cable subscribers during these trying times could bring the two sides to a better "understanding." And we would get to see an otherwise "hidden" football game.

The CEO of The NFL network,Steven Bornstein, wrote a letter urging comcast subscribers to call in and ***** about it.

I think this **** has been going on for a couple of years.
