Looks like a poor man's Julianne Hough, not a bad idea hiring a smokeshow to interview these recruits. Check out the video interviews on the front page of GP.

has hired on several good looking ladies for recruiting coverage. Smart to me... who would you rather interview with? Yancy, Steve, .... or Laura? I'm not trying to imply she was given her job based on looks. Following her on twitter, she seems to be as big a knowledgeable sports fan as many of the guys I know, so I have no doubts about her being able to do her job.

She either knows her stuff or is a really hard worker/researcher, because she comes across as very informed, even in the videos.

is the people on Genespage that have three page threads after someone says something "offensive and degrading" about the female reporter such as "I can't wait to see her next article".

Seriously.

They act like it's somehow wrong for men to say that a woman is good looking. And I will say that I have yet to have a woman file a sexual harassment suit against me or act offended that I called her pretty.

its done differently here. the pack is original, clever, over the top disgusting and everything becomes funny. over there, it is awkward like coach 34 and dawgbreeze looked in an airplane bathroom for 5 hours.

The first article Laura wrote. I responded and said something like Its bout time Gene started hiring beautiful women. and people jumped on me for writing that as sexual harrasment. I got a private message from Laura herself just saying thanks for the compliment. </p>

Honestly, I could go up to the Wal-Mart right now and go up a good looking woman and say "Hey, you are very pretty" and more than likely I would get a "Thanks. I appreciate that".


On the Lake, saying a woman is pretty is only awkward because the posters over there make it awkward and make it into something it isn't.

these guys are trying really hard to flirt with a fine looking lady without looking like zeroes in the process. There have been many failures to this point.

Seriously, Todd is the baseball expert of the board. But on the few times I do disagree with him, I really disagree with him. I'm never shy about disagreeing with people that know more about something than I do (fishwater & basketball come to mind too).

I caught the wrath of the losers on the OM board the other day because I called them out for falling all over themselves to reply and compliment her threads as if she is going to hop in the sack with them because of it.
