What a classy fella. Married with a small child by day, teabagger by night. I bet he is sleeping on the couch for a long, long damn time.

I almost feel sorry for the guy and his family. I do feel sorry for his wife and kid, living with a registered 'sex offender' is going to be pure hell. But I guess that is what you get when you marry a ignorant Bammer who thinks dropping his scrotum on another man's face is funny.

I'm guessing he'll end up doing maybe a couple weeks in jail, be a registered sex offender, do community service, and probably end up getting sued by the passed out LSU guy or Krystal. I bet Krystal bans him for life!

ETA. The guy needs to just come on forward and own up to this. Apologize and take his medicine, it'll be the easiest way to get back to his life and family. That 3 month old kid needs a Dad who is making money and supporting the family.

Hewill get introduced to a whole new world. But no I really hope that doesn't happen, there has already been enough scrotum action in this incident. Let it stop.

Since this is clearly a case of just a drunk bammer being a douche, and shouldn't carry the same penalty as molesting a woman on a subway. He really just deserves a night in jail, a big fine, and lots of public shame.

if the LSU guy hadn't briefly woke and turned his head downward. He probably would have had a mouthful.

shows how crazy those laws are. Having them for child molesters is a good idea, and maybe for people convicted of forced, non-consensual sex, as there is probably a good argument that those offenders are likely to be repeat offenders and publishing the list may prevent some incidents, but including people on sex offender lists for statutory rape between two high school students, public flashing, etc., when it basically prevents them from ever leading a normal life is cruel.

********** someone is a whole lot different than pissing in public or flashing someone. He deserves to be on the sex offender list.

if he's willing to do that to a passed out man that cannot protect himself, what else might he do to someone else, perhaps a child, that cannot protect themselves? What's more disturbing is that all those 17ers in the video just watched, nobody did **** to stop him.

Shouldn't have commented without watching the video, but the stills I saw made it look like he was rubbing junk on the guys back, etc. If he actually tea-bagged the guy, that's a lot different. Still don't know if he should be on the sex offender's list, b/c I think it should be reserved for people that commit sex crimes that show they've crossed a line that they'll likely not come back from, i.e., child molestation. But it wouldn't be ridiculous for him to end up on there. If he can pay the victim enough money that the victim asks for him not to be prosecuted, I think emptying his bank account and the embarassment he's going to suffer would probably be plenty of punishment.

Either way, if you're rubbing your junk on someone, that's a whole lot different than flashing or pissing in public. Is it as bad a rape? Of course not. But it definitely deserves to be called a sex crime. I do think you have a good point about only making people register as a sex offender for the rest of their life for crimes they're more likely to repeat. Maybe you shouldn't have to register for a 1st time misdemeanor, but do have tofor a 2nd misdemeanor or a 1st felony.

They're in New Orleans and the best place they can think of to eat at is a 17ing Krystal? That, in and of itself, tells you what a bunch of classless, idiot redneck douche bags these folks are. I can give the LSU fan a hall pass, he's obviously too damn 17ed up to know where he is, but these bama fans are just morons. A 17ing Krystal in New Orleans?? C'mon man!

If it had been a girl, though, I think (and hope) people would have stopped them. I think if the teabagger had been obviously gay (I'm assuming he isn't; may be a bad assumption) somebody would have stopped him, because they would have associated with sexual gratification and would have viewed it as a sex crime. I hope the reason nobody stopped him was that they viewed it more as a locker room prank than an actual sex crime.

Again, in my original comment I didn't think he actually teabagged the guy, just rubbed his junk against him. If he actually thought it was somehow ok to literally put his stuff in a passed out guy's mouth, then I don't really care what happens to him. But I only want the sex offender list to identify people will act again if given the chance (basically child molesters; not sure what other type of criminals should be included) because being on the sex offender list basically ruins their life. If the guy actually teabagged him, it's probably not ridiculous for him to be put on there, but I'm still not sure it's really necessary.

if a man's nut sack on another's head isn't on a sex offender list? I agree that the rules are kind of screwed up if getting caught taking a piss in public despite the circumstances net you a sex offender tag, but...that has to be over the line.

to receive sexual gratification from the act. Like I said, I think people would have stopped the guy if they thought he was actually enjoying himself sexually. Not sure if that's a workable distinction or not, and I won't cry any tears if the guy ends up on the sex offenders list, but I do think what the guy did was closer to a locker room prank than rape.

...this is all solved by allowing the LSU guy get to beat the piss out of Alabama guy for a few minutes on tape and all is forgotten. I only say that because I don't think this guy is a threat to society after getting his arse whipped for being an idiot.

I agree with you in that this is more along the lines of some stupid locker room prank, but the difference here is that it was a stranger that was passed out drunk. If that guy wasn't drunk, or was at least at a point where he was coherent, he would have at least defended himself and tried to whip that guy's ***. I know any sane man would do that if a stranger lunged at him with his pants unzipped.

In the real world, Alabama man took advantage of somebody that couldn't defend themselves, and even though I personally wouldn't define it as sexual battery (punishment of a minimum of 25 years in LA when an incapacitated person is involved...I think?), a line has to be drawn somewhere and I understand that. I just hope he doesn't get a huge sentence and his entire life savings taken away. Unless he has a background that I don't know about, all that's necessary to teach this guy his lesson is a month or two in jail and him losing his job due to being an embarrassment. He'll probably lose his wife over this as well - and probably deserves that, too. I'm pretty sure he wouldn't do it again after all that...

For the rest of this guy's life, the cops will have to keep track of him. Paperwork whenever he moves. Whenever there's a sex crime near his home, cops will spend time interviewing him instead of following a real lead. All that wasted time, to ensure this guy won't do this again? Like being on the list would actually prevent that anyway? Where's the common sense?

Let's hope he and the prosecutor are smart enough to plead this out to battery and public drunk.

something that would happen at a frat house. He deserves to be punished, but to lose all those freedoms he would otherwise have not being on the list of public sex offenders is overkill for something I've seen drunk guys in a dorm or guys in a locker room do. Give him an indecency and public drunk charge, let him pay a fine, and leave him be. <div>
</div><div>Flame me if you wish, but this is how I feel. This isn't sex offender worthy.</div>

I find it hard to believe out of all those people there were no other LSU fans to come to this guys defense.
