....Delmonico's for steaks. There is an awesome Sports Bar in the bottom or the Palazzo, used to be owned by Jay Z. Big screen, with a bunch of monitors everywhere. Private booths and couches and stuff.

I can't remember the name of the other one we went to but you could take a picture with Ron Jeremy for $10. By 3 AM - he was passed out in a chair so we took phone pictures instead.

I can't remember the name. May be chill bar, may 32 degrees. Whatever. The whole place is ice and in the summer, there are tons of hard nipples.

with cheap beers.

After you get hammered go to the roller coaster on top of the Stratosphere. See how many people you can hit with your vomit, 10 points per person.

Don't ride the Double Decker Buses if you want to get anywhere quick. They are fun to take in the whole strip though. Quick trips are on the tram though the stops are limited. I liked gambling at the Hooters Casino...low limits, big tits.

First of all, there are way too many variables. Whether it's your first time to Vegas, where you're staying, who's going, how much money you want to spend, and what level of partying you do all would factor in to any detailed suggestions. Let me assume since it's a bachelor party that you're staying on the strip. No relatives (dad, business partner, lame uncle) are going who would cause you to dial back the fun. Medium level of money, "medium" level of partying (you like to drink, but aren't going all The Hangover on this trip... We'll call it a starter kit.)

If it's your first time in Vegas:
Hard Rock, at least once. You'll probably go back. You can get all the partying/women/gambling/fill-in-the-blank there you want. Problem with it is, it's off the strip so it's away from the other big casinos. You may be tempted to wander across the street to Terrible's late at night or early in the morning -- DON'T DO IT.

Most casinos have a one-name bar that is fun on one certain night of the week. Ask a good looking bartender and she can tell you what night is where. Jet at the Mirage is pretty fun. Tryst at the Wynn has a weird crowd but usually very cool because they're all rich. I partied with Paris Hilton there. Pure at Caesar's Palace on Saturday night is a little touristy, but pretty fun and there are tons of women. And they are not shy. Every other casino has at least one fun night spot, so you won't get to every one, but it won't matter. Don't go to the Paris, unless you and your friends are gay. (Not that there's anything-- wait -- yes there is something wrong with that if you're going to Vegas for a bachelor party.) MGM, Bellagio, Mandalay, Wynn, Caesar's. Fun can be had anywhere. Even the piano bar at Harrah's is very good.

Definitely go to a rooftop bar at night. Ghost Bar and/or Moon at The Palms casino towers are okay. The Foundation Room (is that still the name?) at the top of Mandalay Bay is 'classy' (read: expensive) but awesome. Actually, my favorite last year was the Voodoo Lounge at the top of the Rio. It is more accessible to cheapskates and guidos but VERY cool since they've re-done it.

That should get you started, at least for Friday night.

I just returned from a week in Vegas. If you go to Spearmint Rhino, bring lots of cash. Any place like that will empty your pockets quickly.
If you are staying on the Strip, most places will have bars where you can convene and meet and greet talent. Yes, there will be talent for rent
so be careful. Try the new Cosmopolitan hotel three level chandelier bar. Awesome place to meet as a group.

Planet Hollywood has a fun atmosphere with a party pit of dancers as you play the tables.

Good luck and have fun.

If money is an issue, head downtown. Party pits in almost every casino as you low-roll at the tables.

Everything you guessed was spot on... We are staying at the Paris! That was the best price with good reviews I could find. Should we change? Why is it a Gay casino? How much money do we need to bring for three nights? I know that's a loaded question. Minus gambling, room and board.

For 3 nights you need $2000 + for gambling, clubs, and strip clubs (Treasures or Spearmint Rhino)

If you make eye contact with the Ho she is on her way to talk to you. She will then tell you she can tell how smart you are by just talking to you . She knows with your inteligence that you are aware that 3 songs in the side room for 100 is a much better buy than just 1 song for 40. Woops, want a beer in the room with you. They cost 15 there. Oh you just left the room,I can give you a dance here at your chair for 25. Lots of eye candy but could not wait to leave

stop by the Double Down Saloon for the *** juice and can of Stroh's (or Schlitz. I forget).
Then for a complete change of pace, have breakfast at Bouchon.

I have stayed at Paris, the Flamingo, Ceasars, and the Bellagio. Bellagio definitely the best of the bunch, but pricey. Hated playing at Paris b/c the layout of the casino blows and it always smells like smoke. Bally's is a great place to gamble. The Barbary Coast has the cheapest tables on the strip (its right next to the Flamingo). Has ugly waitresses, but they keep the drinks coming every 10 minutes.<div>
</div><div>Been to Tryst (Wynn) Tao (Venetian), Light (bellagio), Pure (Ceasars), Studio 54 (MGM) and the Foundation Room (Mandalay) . Light was a fun party place, had a private table right on the edge of the dance floor with our own security guard. Very pricey, but unbeatable tail, especially with the private table. Tryst was overrated. Tao is badass and probably my favorite of all of them overall. Food wasn't bad if you go a bit early and eat. Pure/Studio 54 blow. My only trip to the Foundation Room was with a buddy whose woman booked all the talent for House of Blues. Sat in the owners box (on the stage) for a Tenacious D concert and then had a table up there. The view from the Foundation Room terrace overlooking the strip is the best view of the strip in Vegas. Highly recommend it if you can find yourself on the guest list and get in there.</div><div>
</div><div>Plenty of great restaurants depending on your budget. If you want to play poker against a bunch of pros head to MGM or Ceasars. Otherwise hit up Bally's. I played with William Hung (of American Idol infamy there). I typically avoid strip clubs as I dont see the point in seeing things you can't touch. Just go to a club and find some vapid ***** who'll let you do whatever you want as long as you buy her a drink or two.</div>

you can rest assured it's not to see Ron Jeremy. Not that there's anything wrong with that.</p>

1. go see the fountains at the bellagio, it sounds lame but i think they come on every 15 minutes and is worth seeing.
2. planet hollywood is fun casino, check it out.
3. the hooters casino was a blast. hooters girls are your dealers and i think after midnight you can load up on 25 cent wings.
4. tryst in the wynn casino/hotel was a very nice club. a little expensive but we saw one of those laguna beach girls there.
5. the rhino...enough said.

There are just no good bars there for a bachelor party. The two best places in there to go -- the Eiffel Tower bar (which has a great view and you should go check out) and the little bistro downstairs, which offers a great view of the Bellagio fountain -- I think of more as date night places, not bachelor party places... I was kidding about teh ghey.

have you seen their newest ride? They tether you to the building and you jump off. It's insane. I think the jump is something like 1,100 feet.

I did it, got the t-shirt (and video) and will not do it again. Fair warning, though: I found out a little too late they don't want you to be drunk when you do it.

great little sports bar in the hollywood, where all the waitresses are dressed as slutty cheerleaders. thursday night is beer pong, great starter for a bachelor party 3 day weekend. i highly suggest making it a 3 day weekend, it usually doesn't even cost extra with the right hotel package.

clubbing is different there. lines and high covers early, dissapearing after 1 or 2. for a group of dudes club hopping is expensive, unless you want to spend 90% of the night waiting in lines. one route is to spend most of one night at one club, getting bottle service to skip the lines. that's $100 or more for a fifth of liquor, but if you get by without cover, it's worth it. and that's about how much 5 or 6 drinks costs anyways. plus that's the only way you get a table or seat in a vegas club. there will be bouncers everywhere, and you are expected to tip.

you'll see many offers for 'line passes' or whatnot, most are just crap. they just get you into a different line. it's Vegas, money is all that talks.

cabs all run on the block behind the casinos, and it's way faster than walking because most of the casinos are designed to make you walk all the way thru them. for example, going via cab from the main floor of the MGM to the main part of the Hollywood takes 5 minutes by cab, for $10 with tip. walking takes 45 minutes. and that's only a block away.
