They are hitting Devon Jones pretty good, so far they have been right at our defenders, for the most part. They loaded up the bases but we were able to get out of it. If they keep making contact like this, Jones won't go very deep into the game.

Jones is having a little trouble with his slider. A lot of it has to do with not getting the lower part of the strike zone. This ump is calling things pretty tight and he is just barely missing.

It was a line drive hence no time for RF or LF to get there to help. bottom line is he blew the play and we lost. Our bats were terrible as well, but Brownlee makes what was a fairly routine play and we are 6-0 and Jones still has a 0.00 ERA.
