From the article he wrote last October:

Braddy predicted that JSU will bring 15,000 to 20,000 fans to Starkville next year, even though the contract only allots 2,500 tickets for JSU to sell.

But the contract will also call for 300 tickets to go to JSU's band, the Sonic Boom of the South.

"We don't believe in predictions, but we will say that our band will win," Braddy said, smiling.

So it was in the contract.

I was looking forward to the band. The last time there was a good band in DWS was Jacksonville St and that was a blast
