As I said several times, IF we were going to go with a total unknown on our HC positioning then I would just rather go back and hire Kirby. Obviously our program took a pretty steep nosedive once Kirby left and we likely keep Hood AND get Pollard if we hire Kirby. Hopefully Ray turns out to be the man but Kirby will definitely hurt us in MS basketball recruiting with him being back in the conference at LSU.

.......while they may not be SEC proven, how do any of us know these guys can't do as well, if not better, than Kirby?

what most think, including myself, is that it would be much easier to do better with Hood and possibly Pollard than it is going to be for this current staff with no players.
