rentable suites for groups in addition to the general single season ticket purchase of $750. That makes a lot more sense. I initially though all the tickets were single purchases but corporations can rent out a suite on a game by game basis.

Still about 240 passes left. Wonder if they'll sell a lot in the next couple of weeks and/or reduce the price to cover inventory.

I bet they sell single game passes. For a group though - it's a cool idea dependent upon price.

Having toured that area and talked to other people who have I can tell you that it will sell out every year once people get down there and experience it. You are RIGHT on the back line of the endzone and its a cool option to have. Will be a hot ticket in the future.

I think it

would be a fun area to go down to for a few moments of a game, but I couldn't imagine enjoying sitting there for an entire game.

I've got to disagree bonedaddy. When I went in it early during construction the only thing I could think about was how little of the game you will be able to see there. Unless a team is in the red zone on that end I think its going to be a terrible view. Even when they are in the red zone you will have photographers running in front of you to get possible TD pictures, pom pom squad and cheerleaders walking by, the band empties halfway through the 2 quarter and walks across that endzone, performs and then during early 3rd quarter they walk back in front of you again. Theres also the Little Caesar dude, the Chevron participants, the throw the nurf football 40 yds through window of the truck people, the military, the baseball team being honored etc etc etc. Unless they make some major changes for traffic in that area it will suck. Now, for the women like my wife who could care less about the game but want to be in a/c, have an adult beverage, nibble a little and socialize or the guy that is pretty much the same way I guess it would be ok. I'm betting you will see the demand on those drop more in coming years.

Well look at it this way... we replaced what would be a bad seat with an area that has a premium on it and freedom to walk around / drink/ talk. I think the market for it is people who don't want to jump for Club Level or Suites. I think that pool of people is pretty big. Folks love options.

Also to all the stuff that will be in front of that space it will be re-routed around it so it won't block the view.

We will have to agree to disagree on the view, I don't think you get a feel for being where all the energy in the stadium is directed while its still under construction. I've stood basically where it will be located during a game and its in your face when the action is down there.

I hear you, it may be a huge success, every $$ they get for it is better than it just being a concrete wall with a banner hanging on it. For me though it would be torture, I have in the past had seats in the lower section for myself and seats in the Sky Dawg section/upper deck for customers/friends etc and have grown to like the upper deck ones better because I like to see the defense drop into coverage, the receivers run their routes, etc. I gave up my lower level 30 yd line row 24 seats during reseating for 50 yd line upper deck ones, I just like the view.

I gotta disagree with you. I'm really considering it now. I mean my season tickets are lower level west side at the very far right. I was on the far left last year and watched half the game from the jumbotron anyway. Our stadium experience is going to be pretty awesome. No way you're going to see demand drop on that. I agree with bonedaddy and say that after people get to experience it, it will be a hot ticket. Especially for people with wife and kids. They do need to make sure they keep low traffic in viewing area

I'll be honest, I have never been in an end zone seat in my life that I have felt was a particularly good view. That said, I guess there are a lot of people out there more concerned about overall comfort and concessions than the actual game. I'm just not one of them.

I've been in the end zone for 3 games in my life. I'd rather stay home than sit there again. The absolute worst was the Cotton Bowl. I was on the front row and couldn't see sh*t most of the game due to photographers.

I've been

wrong before, but I just don't see how the admininstration would allow for these seats to have an obstructed view. I'm willing to bet they have it figured out.

It should be an improved view... How much improvement has yet to be determined. The tv cameras have been moved to little booths built into the new expansion. I'm not sure how the cheerleaders will impact the view, but I'd be willing to bet the band will now use the tunnels to get to the sidelines instead of the area behind the goalposts (this is a guess... The visiting teams will use the tunnels to get to the locker room, so I don't know how much access will be restricted).

There are lots of seats that aren't particularly good views. I would say anything outside the 30's and I probably have to catch 25% of the game on the jumbotron to really know what happened. The upper deck is nice to see formations, but I can't stand it otherwise. Being in the end zone and watching a little more than half the game on the jumbotron and having a little less than have the game feel like a good view, when combined with a good atmosphere, is not a bad deal. Probably wouldn't take it over a 50 yard line lower deck seat, but there are plenty of seats I would take it over.

I really like sitting in our SEZ as long as it's relatively high. You get a great view of the entire field and can see everything open up. Sitting low in the end zone is great for about 30% of the game.

Fair point, and you're right that it's all relative. Would I give up a Sec 4 seat for it? Absolutely not, but if you're already in a corner seat or worse, why not at least spring for a location that's comfortable?

For the endzone the higher the better for the entire game. The lower the better for a limited number of plays.
