Heat index Game time

Seems like the first couple weeks of the season we see many kids down with cramps.

Heat may help the Lions if they are spreading as much as some have shown me.

It was 89 with heat index of 97 at gametime here in Williamsburg last night at 7 pm. Not one cramp on either side the whole night. Warhill was still at full speed in the 4 th Q against Churchland. I saw no effect of the heat except I was very hot in the stands.

That's Good news, I think the education of hydration is paying off for these young players.
