Any knowledge on how to find and/or upload a PDF file for my season tickets to stubhub. Apparently you cannot create your own PDF from scan and our website does not allow viewing of the actual tickets. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to get rid of 1 measly ticket.

Here's what I would do... you probably scanned them in as .jpg or some such image file. Open a new Word document, click on the scanned image, ctrl+c to copy the image, click in the new word file you just created, ctrl+v to paste the image into word, in Word go to file, save as, save as PDF.

There may be better ways around it, but that should do the trick.

Stubhub says you are not allowed to make your own scans of your tickets. Dont know what else I can do.

It was asking who I wanted to transfer my tickets to. I didn't see any option to view tickets, where I could print from HTML into a PDF.

Hey there, RougeDawg!

My name is Emilee and I am writing from the Executive Customer Care Team at StubHub.com. You are correct that you unfortunately cannot create your own PDF to upload electronic tickets for the order. This is because the venue may not accept the barcodes this way and if your buyer is rejected at the gate, you will be responsible for the order.

There are a few options, though, to still properly fulfill your order. You can attempt to login to your team account, and transfer the electronic ticket to yourself by sending it to your own email. Once you have the PDF in your email, StubHub will allow you to upload the PDF file that the team created for these tickets.

Your other option is to call us at 1.866.STUB.HUB (788.2484). We will be happy to look into your order, and reach out to your buyer on your behalf to request they accept FedEx delivery for the tickets. We will then provide you with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label so all you have to do is bring your tickets to a FedEx location and drop them off for shipment. We will keep track of your shipment and release your payment once the tickets have been delivered to this buyer.

If you prefer email, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

Thanks! We hope this helps!

Why don't you reduce my commission on my next sale as a way of saying thanks.
