I have though that Cohen will turn it around but he has made some really questionable decisions this season, such as Duffy not being in the lineup the majority of the year, and not starting last night is inexcusable. Also the way he has handled Whitney is as equally as strange, here is guy who has been through the battles but he pitches him sporadically and continually starts a guy who throws sidearm on Friday night, that will never work in the SEC. Also continually puts two people in the lineup card every game who are batting below or right at .200. Just really strange stuff, hopefully hecan get the ship righted next year.

and he is sending a message that he will guys that can't even hit as long as they do what he asks of them

and you are shaping the program the way you want it to be...I think Cohen held onto too many of Polk's guys out of respect to him as opposed to being rid of them as he should have. It's play by his rules or you don't play.


And the younger guys seeing him do it to the older ones will remember that and get on board...as well as distance themselves from the older guys...I expect you will see a totally different state of mind with Bulldog baseball next season now that almost all of Polk's guys will be gone

have we ever missed the tourney twice in a row?....oh wait.. how many years in a row will this be?

Duffy is 15/23 including this game today thru 7, which is a.652 average, and somehow has still not started 2 of the last 6 games, oh also has 5 homeruns, get him in the lineup everyday for god sakes.
