I've never understood the mentality of the "protestors" the people that attend "rallies". I've got friends that attended the women's march in DC. Great people. Love them to death. But I had to ask them, what do you actually think you are accomplishing?
I agree. The thing I think they don't understand is that many people will never protest (unless the country becomes like Venezuela or something) and yet those people that will never protest in general care just as much and are just as well informed as people that protest. Protestors seem to somehow think their protesting makes their opinion more important. If you and I have a POV and I decide to go outside and start yelling mine does that somehow make mine more important?
