The horribly sad irony is that after many decades fighting against segregation, against racism, and so on, now it's the minorities that are doing their best to bring it all back - especially at universities/colleges. They want their "safe spaces" for blacks only, Hispanics only, etc., they want to have meetings that are limited to only those of their own race/ethnicity, they want dorms that only have residents of their own race/ethnicity or at least that exclude, specially, all whites, and on and on an on. It's utterly outrageous. They utterly failed to learn the lessons of Martin Luther King, Jr.: "judge not by the color of skin but the content of character."
They claim they want "diversity" at the same time they're screaming that all whites must be banned or not allowed to participate... They're all for "diversity" of race (sans whites), "diversity" of gender (sans pro-life women, etc.), and so on - but they go utterly insanely ballistic if anyone dares to step off the liberal ideological plantation - such heretics MUST be purged by any means necessary!! To them, an idea contrary to their personal beliefs somehow warrants actually physical violence to try to shut it up and force it out. It's the worst kind of tyranny - they've become the thought police.
Dems, racist back then, racist now - only the target has changed. The more things change, the more they stay the same. And far too many universities are caving to such idiotic demands. The inmates are running the asylum. It's a crying shame and an utter disgrace
