Nebraska: See ya.. we're tired of tossing Texas's salad.

Colorado: If we're going to suck in everything, might as well do it watching the sunset out of Frisco.

Texas: Let's see.... OU, A&M, TT and OSU.. All my bitches come take a shot! We're out of here!

OU and A&M: Wait now.. we'd really rather go play in the SEC. You can come too Texas but your share will be equal to everybody else's.

Texas: Whoa.. haha ... uh.. come on now.. lolz... y'all know we was just kiddin'. Long live the Big 12! Now hang on while I make a couple of calls to CUSA.

I wonder if the Pac-10 is planning on working a sweet deal for Texas where they get the lion's share of the revenue. If not, then why would Texas want out?

Texas claims the reason they don't want in the SEC is because of the academics of our schools. That's ********. It's because our schools won't suck their dick and let them get a larger share of the revenue.

I agree Bruiser. Texas won't be near as dominant. Granted they would still win at least 9 games in the regular season in the SEC every year, but National Championship Games would come around a lot less often.

Orangebloods.com was told Texas president Bill Powers, a Cal graduate, is not on board yet, but that he is listening.

There in lies most of the UT current problem.
No 17n wonder we seem to have coultral differences.

If you have 14 teams, that means 7 team divisions, which means the East would only need 1 new team, likely Auburn I would think, though that would force Alabama to choose between the Iron Bowl or the UT game as their permanent.

All that said if OU and A&M join forces and move to the SEC as a simultaneous 17 you to Texas, that would be pretty epic.

It might actually force Texas to move to the SEC. I would think that if OU and A&M agree to go to the SEC, the SEC would stand pat at 14 unless Texas chose to come along at some point, and then Texas and another team would be added.

Texas never even suspected that A&M might not join them in the PAC-10. And Texas in the PAC-10 with A&M in the SEC is a nightmare scenario for Texas. They do NOT want that to happen.
