They are face up on White as soon as he crosses half court. Watson has got to step up today, Shields has got to knock down some outside shots today.

4 early points by Morrow. Hopefully the 2 from illionis show the home state something.

Watson, Morrow, and Jacobson have all been pretty impressive lately for true freshmen. If they can continue to develop over the next couple years, we might have something.

Ed Morrow coming along nicely. Love to FINALLY see some touches in the paint incorporated into the offense.
We are controlling the game right now because our shot selection has been vastly superior to Illinois, looks like this young team of ours is finally starting to get the hang of the B1G

Miles looks like he went back to his old haircut for the last few games.

Webster is looking smooth right now! Kid just needs to keep his confidence up, play with some swagger.

Where has this Tai Webster been the last two years? He's been amazing lately.

He has taken advantage of the rule changes this year and is taking it to the hoop. IMO he has been doing the best on the team of doing that.

This has been the best 10 minutes of basketball we've played all year. The offensive ball movement in particular has been phenomenal, let's hope we can keep it up (i.e. avoid long offensive dry spell).

Morrow has been real good last few games. Completely agree with Webster, took a few yrs but he has improved a ton.

Actually this is the 3rd game in a row we are starting to look like the team we want to see even though the wins were against the 2 of the worst teams in the conference...

Need to finish they way we started this game.

We looked good last two games, but against bad teams and at home. Decent team in Illinois on the road is a much tougher test.

Watson's blood is starting to turn cold. If that guy can keep building confidence he could be a great player. It's great to watch these freshmen grow up in front of our eyes.

Speaking of good teams/bad teams, sure glad we get Maryland at home, after their shqlacking of the Buckeyes. We have no answer for Stone. Hopefully we make that respectable.

We also get Michigan and tOSU at home would really like to beat those 2 teams especially Bucknuts I still remember the B1G tournament game 2 years ago which still upsets me.

You just repeated what I posted except Rutgers WAS on the road.
You said actually like I didn't see those games. I saw them both. My opinion that you refuted was that the second 10 minutes of the first half was the best I'd seen all year. If you want to disagree with it that's fine. I'm not here to argue with you.

A little offtopic. Omaha came back from 19 down against IPFW, got it to overtime then loss 106-101. Really like treshawn thurman and tra-deon hollins (2 omaha products)

This team is much better when we don't rely on Shavon, he is objectively our 3rd best player behind White and Watson.

Great pass by SS when he was in the paint. He needs to make other teams pay when they collapse the lane on him.

Huskers by 10 at the under 4 time out (3:57 remaining). Illinois will be shooting 2 FT's. Huskers have done a good job of answering when Illinois has made runs here in the 2nd half.
