May be just that. However the implications are exactly as stated.Sounds more like typical "political speak" to me.
True, but if things are going so well under Obama, then what needs to change?Every politician promises Change.
lol You wouldn't make much of a campaign director saying "Everything is fine, vote for me!" Why would she pump him up? She wants to pump her own brand up. Every candidate running on either side will say something similar to what you posted that she said. Why not? Bush Sr did that after Reagan. Worked for him. There must be a reason why she is wanting to distance herself from him.lol You wouldn't make much of a campaign director saying "Everything is fine, vote for me!" Why would she pump him up? Bush Sr did that after Reagan. Couldn't find much evidence of that. I found three campaign slogans that Bush Sr. used, Kinder, gentler nation, Read my lips: No new taxes in the primary and The Thousand Points of Light." in the general election. ,"I will keep America moving forward, always forward -- for a better America, for an endless enduring dream and a thousand points of light". So Bush Sr. states that he can improve things, it's common language. Of course, Bush was Reagan's VP so there's a difference there. I'm sure that Hillary will say whatever she thinks she needs to say to win the prize. Why not? Bush Sr did that after Reagan. Worked for him. It's early, Hillary has a lot of slogans for you.Bush's were visionary, not change. Reagan had very high approval numbers. Hillary said RESTORE. Very different. Restore means we had it and lost it and either Obama caused it or didn't fix it. Bad either way. Bush said keep America moving forward not restore what was lost.

Hillary doesn't think America has faith, confidence and optimism? She is such a Debby Downer. No Thanks.Did Obama destoy them or did he simply fail to restore them? Sounds like she thinks he is a failure under either scenario.
