In my feeble attempt to understand all of this there are two lingering questions that keep running through my mind. First of all, why would Petrino be riding around in broad daylight with a young blonde on his motorcycle when countless people could see him and recognize him. Remember he says he wasn't wearing a helmet so he would be easy to recognize by countless people and word could still easily reach his family or superiors or the press that he was seen riding around with this young blonde. Now common sense tells me that if you are going to meet someone on the sly you would do it in a much more discreet place than on the open road with no helmet on and her sitting behind you in broad daylight. Second, why was the young lady not injured or taken to the hospital to be checked for injuries. Was she just that lucky? I ride a motorcycle and can guarantee you that you are not going to walk away without at least some skin removed or clothes torn up if you are on a bike and it is laid down. It makes me really wonder if there might still be a lot more to this story than is being told and if it is possible there is a third party involved somewhere and Petrino could have been run off of the road and she was with this third party and then stayed with Petrino after the other party left. Maybe just my imagination but things just aren't adding up completely
It is literally amazing what people will convince themselves of when backed into a corner. This was from Hogville by the way

The girl is actually his daughter from an affair he had 25 years or so ago.
Then I saw this on my twitter feed:

Petrino was required to notify AD Long in writing of his sexual relationship with Dorrell per UA rules.

But to be fair to my Hog buddy... He pointed out that Patrino's statement said "previous" inappropriate relationship.

I jumped his *** when he said "I don't understand why they cant just let the guys private life be private." Itoldhim the issue seems to be more towards lying to his boss and the use of his Hwy Patrol buddy... And besides, where was that sentiment when Nutt had his fling? The conversation quickly turned to work.

They were out in the middle of no where southwest of town at least 25 or so miles. This would be like Mullens doing the same thing on backroads outside of Maben or Brooksville. Sure, somebody might recognize them but would they be ready with a camera?

(who I can only assume were interviewed on their way to a MENSA meeting) who were all: "this is private, this ain't 'bout football a'tall" realized. None of them seemed to be able to grasp the idea that Petrino drug football into it the second he hired his side piece as part to be part of the staff. <div>
