Vance has three losses, but those were losses to high quality teams; Richmond (10-1) 42-37, Mallard Creek (10-1) 29-22 and Hough (9-3) 31-18.

Vance should advance. Vance by 22

Mount Tabor (8-4) at Rocky River (8-4)

Mount Tabor defeated Porter Ridge 41-18, while Rocky River defeated Porter Ridge 34-0

This should be a very good game, but Rocky River should move on. Rocky River by 5

High Point Central (9-3) at Charlotte Catholic (11-1)

High Point Central comes into this game with Catholic having won their last 4 games. They are averaging 40.33 ppg and giving up 23.42 ppg. Catholic averages 36.58 ppg and giving up 21.83 ppg. Look for Catholic to make it two in a row against the Bison. Catholic by 14

North Davidson (11-1) at Reagan (11-1)

This is a rematch of a meeting between these two teams on October 31, which was won by Reagan 28-20. That game is North Davidson's only loss. Reagan's only loss was to East Forsyth 45-31. Last week, North Davidson defeated Watauga in the first round, 52-14. Reagan had a very competitive game against A.L. Brown, winning 50-42.
North Davidson is scoring 40.25 ppg while allowing 15.58 ppg. Reagan's high octane offense is scoring at a 41.17 ppg clip, while giving up 19.75 ppg.

Coach Josh McGee stated in the "Winston-Salem Journal, "we felt like we put ourselves on the map locally, and now want to do it at the state level". Reagan took their first step last week in their win against A.L. Brown

It's very tough defeating a quality team twice in the same season. But being at home, should get Reagan on to the next round. Reagan by 4

I'm liking MT Tabor a ton... to win this week and next week, a dangerous team that is much better than their record. CPC

Why are you so high on Tabor? I am not knocking you, I just don't see anything that would warrant them making a deep run.

Because he is a CPC homer and thinks all the teams in Forsyth county are going to win a title. Typically this ends roughly round 3

Mt. Tabor seems to be clicking right now and has all of their players back from injuries. I have not seen Rocky River play but I am sure they are good. Good luck to both teams!

Then RR should win in a landslide! Just stating that Tabor is playing better now than earlier in the season.
