If it still has rooms available, there might be rooms available at other hotels. Chester is usually the last hotel to fill up. So if you call them and they don't have any rooms left, there aren't going to be any hotel rooms in Starkville and you should start looking in West Point or Columbus.

We have the same chain hotels as anyone else. If you have stayed in one Holiday Inn you have stayed in them all. Do you get on a message board of every town you visit and ask where to stay? You just pick one of the cahin names and go with it.

I understand the dining thread because we have a bunch of restaurants that are unique to Starkville

would be Lake Tiak O' Khata in Louisville. I believe the cabins have been redone and they also have a hotel there.
