The plan is to RS him unless Ralph was to get hurt early in the season. Then go to a 2 QB system with he and Russell in 2012. Things change and you never really know until the time gets here- but thats theline of thinkingright now.clydefrazier said:LSU signed some very highly rated qbs coming out of high school regardless of what they did afterwords. Russell (#1 overall) and Perriloux were big time recruits as was the kid from Houston
Dak will take some time to learn but he has good size. Coach34 has already asked him to the phi mu spring formal where i understand the theme is

Relf - returning starter, 5th year senior, bowl MVP, and he's taller than 6 feet
Russell - beat South Panola, lots of solid offers, Parade AA, and he's taller than 6 feet
Favre - Parade AA, nice last name, threw for a gazillion yards in high school, and he's taller than 5 feet
Prescott - dual threat, solid offers (TCU and LSU), produced tons of TDs, and he's taller than 6 feet
Sitting with Russell as #2QB behind Relf. Neither can knock him out of that spot. LA QB willredshirt.Russell and Favre will have 2-a-days to decide who mops up. All QB's have looked good. It's great to have competition at thatspot.maroonmadman said:He seems to be getting left out of this discussion. If Relf goes down it seems to me Russell and Favre would get the majority of playing time. If one of these gets hurt then you go to a true freshman. Unless one of these true freshmen are light years ahead of the experienced guys. Maybe one of you good folks with any info could enlighten the rest of us on this.
