We lose, by their choice? I say 3, maybe 4.

We lose, coaches choice? I say 5, maybe 6.

Total number between 8 and 10.

Those are #'s I was thinking, and I am USUALLY wrong, so will go out on a limb and say 13-15

Hopefully not quite that many. That would make for a very tough couple of years depth wise. Some of these guys are going to realize that if they can't play right now at NU that transferring isn't going to help their chances of playing time unless they go down a division. We saw this year how transfers can hurt your depth with our linebackers in particular. We need some of these guys to get their head screwed on straight, realize how good they have it and get to work. The constant negativity from a small segment of our fans is NOT helping the situation.

Maybe but some of them are going to look at the depth chart and realize that they are next in line to play. Guys that think they are going to play won't go anywhere. Most of the discontent is going to be from guys that think they have no shot of playing.

Maybe or maybe not. There might be some sitting on the fence now. But once other guys start leaving they might decide to go too.
