How many times has TSUN rushed the field since we have?

If we beat Auburn - I wouldn't be shocked if our students rushed the field. We are possibly playing to be #1 in the nation.
I'm not taking up for OM but part of it was they won the game. They beat Bama like State did A&M - the excitement of the moment is lost.
Something I thought about Saturday is that it is going to be hard to get out out of the student section quickly. Most of it you would have to jump the gridiron club
I don't want to give them too much of a hard time for it. Because like DS said, there's a chance we do it Saturday. Not saying we should, but I wouldn't be upset if we did.
There is zero chance we do it on Saturday- there will be so much security now.

I dunno... They beat the #3 team in the country, but they were #12. We beat #6 and no one even thought about rushing the field.

We can agree the 'emotional last second win' over #1 Bama that they hadn't beat since like Hover or something and 'everybody' knows by now that LSU is their REAL RIVAL, so that explains the 2013 rush.
That 'xcuse don't float when it is NOT your "real rival" and the game is well in hand. Unless ... unless It's FINALLY beating a Dan Mullen led team.

If we dominate like we did against the last two opponents, it won't happen. Only a come from behind, last second win will push it over to rushing the field. I didn't get any sense of people desiring to rush the field saturday and I think it is because (a) we expected to win and (b) it was a beatdown.

at some point we are going to have to either stage a comeback or get beat. I wish we had a game like that under our belt before this weekend - I thought the team responded well after aTm marched down the field to start the game. Didn't see any panic. I imagine Dak's leadership will be a big part of responding.

Most of my concerns about this were answered with our response to the LSU fumble return for a TD to start the second half in Baton Rouge. If there was ever a time to mentally fold under the pressure, that was it.
