How much can a win over Albemarle mean to Antonio and North Stanly next week

Make no mistake, a NS win would be a big deal.

AHS has dominated the series but obviously NS will be favored this year. Would love to see AHS keep the win streak alive, but a NS win would probably give a little more life to the rivalry. The schools are so close together that the two fan bases are really interconnected. There are both AHS and NSHS grads in my immediate family.

Hope it's a good game, but I'm sure the Comets will be hungry for a blowout. If NS comes out focused and scores early, it could get ugly.

I agree Steady. Can You imagine the end of the game next week if North wins. The Goal post almost came Down a few years ago

I'm not going to be serious about next week's game. North Fans can celebrate, and Party all They want, but They can't beat Albemarle when Albemarle is having a good year.
