Lots of people have posted how valuable AA was last year and how he covered a lot of issues with this team. I agree.
I saw something similar 13 seasons ago in 2002. The season before, we lost 2 games (badly). Next season, 7-7. Five more losses. Crouch covered a lot of offensive issues in 2001, that we didn't notice until 2002.
So yes, one player can make a big difference.
