How much pressure are we under this weekend?

Some? Not much? A lot? Are we under more pressure than OM?

Are we still playing with house money after the LSU W?

This is a odd game in terms of underdog/expectations.

We are underdogs

So not much IMO. Just go out there and play our game and I think we win

We the fans? The players? All? I don't know what to make of this - I think...

I think we are good, like we beat number 8 at their place and about to beat 7 (or 6 or whatever) and then 5 at home. I work in the midst of Bama fans and they even seem like we've caught their attention and they are not as confident about their game with us. Auburn fans too and they have been quite. But decades of prior futility have me totally confused. As long as confusion isn't pressure then there is no pressure. Sorry not really answering your questions but I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next.

if we play tight, we will have some trouble. our mind has got to be right again and we are going to need some early stops.

I don't think there's much pressure. I think most experts will expect Texas A&M to win so just come out and play and go for the upset.

Let's hope Stricklin doesn't even think about bringing up the Snow Bowl nonsense like they did last year. That didn't cause us to lose to Manziel, but it didn't help.

We have good leadership and

this team plays with a lot of confidence. This team has a different mind set than past teams. If this team was going to fold under pressure, they would have after Dak fumbled the ball to let LSU within 1 score.

I feel like there's a decent amount of pressure to win 1 of the next 2. If we lose them both, I think it's a disappointment. Before the LSU game I would've gladly taken winning 1 out of this stretch of 3...but with us winning at LSU, especially in dominating fashion (if we conveniently ignore the late collapse), I'm moving my own personal goalposts for this team.

So pressure for just this one game, not so much. If we lose, though, I think the pressure ramps up for the Auburn game for us to prove that the LSU win wasn't a fluke, or the result of LSU just flat out sucking.

We are right where we want to be.......

Our coaches, players, and fans have said for decades that our goal is to compete for championships. Well, here we are. I don't consider us playing with house money after the LSU W. That sounds like we played out of our minds and stole one. We did not. We dominated that game with superior talent, game plan, and desire. If we truly want to compete for championships then games like this sat are par for the course. Pressure? Sure there is some pressure because a lot is at stake but we are the home team. The pressure we faced in BR was 10X worse that this. Not sure why this game is odd in terms of expectations. I think our expectations is clear. Expect a tough hard fought and likely high scoring game. Expect our team to win.

When you do crap like that, you have to win or it just appears silly....and it did

There's no way the LSU win was a fluke, anyway it's looked at. If they sucked, it's because it was stuck in their mouths

The LSU win put us ahead and released some pressure on Mullin and the team. Lose both and we are still in the top 25 with a manageable back half of schedule we can still finish in the top 15-20 range and snag 9 regular season wins. Take 1 of the next two and a top 15 finish/10 win season is within grasp. Win both...yikes.

In the eyes of most, we are always the under dog against teams ranked ahead of us. I don't see any more pressure than any other big game.

In all honesty, I think we are under very little. I believe that they really are the better team, they are ranked higher, and we are still in the "proving" phase of our football season. I could NOT be happier with what happened at Death Valley, but they've got some issues this year. At the end of the day, with Maron and Whit glasses removed, would the rest of the country be surprised if we lost or if they did? Dem's just my thoughts.

For the first time in a long time, I think we can compete in this division. We match up well against every team. I still think Bama is the team to beat (and I'll take the contrary view and say this is one of the better Bama squads in recent years).

There's pressure every week in the SEC if you are a contender. Ole Miss is under more pressure because Bama might only lose a game or two and you want to be ahead of them in the tie-breakers. I think even if we lose to A&M this weekend, we still have a shot because A&M might drop a couple or three games.
