We must spend every waking hour this offseason becoming more physical, tougher, and more mentally tough. If changing staff members helps to accomplish this, then good. If not, then we shouldn't fire anyone. It's not just our defense, our offensive line isn't physical either. We must pound the ball harder and get better up front.
