We all ***** about Stansbury because being good isn't enough. I remember board posts saying "who wants him" and now that somebody does; everyone dares Clemson to take him. So when he leaves us and Russell Walters coaches the team to two sub-.500 seasons where will your blame lie then.

in america, but there is no way of telling until at least two years from now. I could have ron jeremy's weiner, but if it didn't stand up, it doesn't do me much good. In other words, Cohen doesn't have much to work with. And yes, i need to learn how to reply.

saying he needs at least 4 years before we can tell how he will pan out is a bit much for me. I didn't buy that with Croom and I'm certainly not buying that with baseball.

We should see marked improvement next year. If not, something is wrong.

Cohen himself told my Dad and my Dad's friend "give me two years." If that's all he thought he would need why do we think he needs 4?

Just my opinion...

Cohen is a better recruiter than Stansbury and he actually knows a thing or two about offense, so its working out pretty good. Thanks for asking. I don't get mad at Stansbury for losing. I get mad at him for not coaching. Cohen hasn't had that problem yet. He just hasn't had time to get everything in place. Quit making yourself sound ignorant. I can appreciate Stansbury's consistency. That doesn't make him a good coach. You can be good at everything but coaching and have a consistent program. Cohen also knows how to chew someone's *** when they deserve it. Stansbury let's it slide and loses control of his team. I agree with the above poster. Cohen will take us to Omaha. He's the real deal. And we don't need to forget that.

but you can't deny that his teams so far have been pathetic. I know, I know. We were in shambles. No talent. No pitching. etc. etc. But you still want to see something from a new coach. Something. Anything. So far, we've seen nothing. Absolutely nothing. That's a little worrisome. Players are not playing better. In a lot of areas, weseem to be digressing. Those that follow recruiting tell me he is getting it done there. I'm very glad to hear that. Because at this point, the only way I see us getting better is if we out-talent everyone. Maybe we can do that. At this point, we'll just have to wait and see.
