HSHS/Varina game being moved

it was reported in the RTD this morning,the game is being moved to Hermitage,Saturday the 9th at 1pm. HSHS and Varina fans in the same bleachers?! SMH

For years now(since Macho Harris) the fans have been deliberately separated. That was my point. You are correct...a lot of these fans are all family.

The only thing I don’t like about Hermitage is,one team has no fans”behind” them,but it’s just like the sports Plex in Chesapeake. HSHS played a lot of games there last year. This game moving to Saturday will need the bigger stadium.

I’ll be there hopefully , this game is going to have a large crowd I bet, I hope the weather is good. But I’m leaning towards h/s , I’ve seen Varina defense on a few YouTube games where they played Henrico and one other team and there defense looks pretty shaky, not sure about them now.

Y'all forgot to let folks know that THIS week is homecoming against Atlee and the game was moved to Varina because of construction at HS.

dang I have heard that name in awhile - didn't Macho graduate like 15 years ago :p
