True. And ECU has had two wide open surefire TD passes dropped as well.

The defense is reasonably aggressive -- but they are having some terrible missed assignments in the secondary.

Irritable, however they don't have corners like we do. Pash rush cures a lot of ills just not all of them. They don't defend the spread run game real well either just like you know who. Wouldn't trade our defense for theirs, but I would trade their pass rush for ours.

I like Pearl. In one season he raised home attendance by something crazy like +10,000 per game. He pissed off the wrong people a long long time ago and they finally got him back. If they don't want more blood I'd be thrilled to get Pearl.

I like Dan, too, but I don't think he can recruit as good as Hudspeth (for various reasons). I also don't think you would see Hudspeth's team playing an unemotional second half like we did against Ole Miss.

Hud would be a huge, huge, huge hire. He's a great coach and has that program and fan base soaring. Ole Miss balked on taking him seriously in their last hiring process, and if he did replace/follow Mullen at MSU, it would haunt the Rebels.
