Mostly true. He voted illegally, but wasn't an illegal alien. He was a Bahamian national and lawful permanent resident. DHS also says he has convictions involving armed robbery and assault on a police officer and that removal proceedings were initiated.

To your post, though...if this guy wasn't an illegal (which there is ZERO publically available DHS/ICE info stating he is), would you still be upset? Or is he ONLY a POS because of his imigration status (which is technically unknown/unverified)? My recommendation for you? Stop using Libs of TikTok as a source.
