I still think Moultrie goes, but why delay the decision to Wednesday unless Scott put him off til Wednesday bc he will have the new man by then. Just a gut feeling, who knows

In 2003, damn near anyone was better than Jackie. Same with 2008 Croom and Polk.<div>
</div><div>You don't make a change at our bball head coaching position if you don't have a plan lined up. You don't give up a known commodity and then go out and do a search. They dropped the ball on this one. They listened to the crybabies that wanted Stans gone, the people who can't see 3 feet in front of their face. </div><div>
</div><div>Now you see the repercussions of getting rid of Stans. The program is falling apart because all those players wanted to play for Stans. </div><div>
</div><div>Is change the right move in this situation? Maybe. But it will be long term. But will our stupid *** fans give the new coach enough time to build HIS program? Maybe, but they are already showing their asses with Mullen and Cohen. </div><div>
</div><div>A good, young coach would almost be ignorant to come coach at MSU. Woe is us, but not in the typical Moo U way.</div>

If a coach has a stud recruiting class committed but he has absolutely **** the bed all season should the coach be retained? Of course not. I have a client who graduated from SD State that talked college basketball with me and when he learned that I was a State fan he watched us the last 1/10 of the season including the SEC tournament and NIT. He watched the games with the sound off because he is a CPA and he does some work while watching college basketball. His first words to me ten morning after we lost to GA in the SEC was "You have to fire your coach because that team is more talented than the Summit League All Stars."

our depth is going to be no worse than the past year. Maybe better once Zeidaks can play. Ideal? No, but it's not like Moultrie would be coming back to anything less than he had last year.

and would be different if he were sticking around.

We got to this point by allowing Stans time to fix the crap he started. He failed at fixing it. Now, here we are...
