It is refreshing watch a player like Hunter. Quiet, low-key, humble and great. He carries himself proudly and dignified whether in good times or bad. I tip my cap to him for being loyal to our colors. It is a trait, rarely found these days.
That was good. Wonder how many players will be able to say they played 4 years for the same school in the future. Not just were on the team, but a big contributor.

He exemplifies the players before the transfer portal. When they and he signed on it was a 4 year commitment. We've all been critical of Hunter at times but I think it is because we all wanted him to break the record and he wasn't doing it fast enough in our minds. I'm glad he chose State and I'm glad he will be an ambassador for our school going forward. Godspeed in the tournament and beyond.
