Seems like the refs are blowing the whistle before there is contact at the Maryland end, whereas we have to get mugged by 3 players for the refs to consider a call.

Despite the outcome I love the effort given tonight.
Actually, this may be one of the best games we've played all year. Keeping it this close when Maryland shot lights out most of the night is a pretty impressive performance. Especially when they have a definitive advantage in height, and it's our third game in 3 days.
Agreed. They could have quit easily. They've held even with a scorching hot team in the 2nd. I'm proud of how they played this week.

Yes, one of the douchebags refs never called one foul on Maryland the whole game. When Shields got mugged at both ends of the floor, yes it was the douchebag ref closest to the fouls. B1G officials need to all be fired!
I love college basketball, but it almost gets to the point of un-watchable with some of these calls.
Parallels the football season...very disappointing regular season, followed by a (pleasantly) surprising post-season.
